    So far so great after day 1

    I just finished my first day and it’s great. Check in was smooth. The bellboy brought the luggage to the room and provided good information about the hotel. We’re in the family section overlooking the pool. Drinks have been good and strong. We had dinner at the festival buffet and it was delicious. So much food freshly cooked right in front of you. I had grilled shrimp and calamari and salmon then grilled steak and prime rib. Just endless options. We then hit the Shakira show and then went to the glow party. The entertainment staff works real hard to perform and get guests involved and happy. We saw 2 baby sea turtles hatch on the beach and walk into the sea. Awesome. I’ll update more as the trip goes on. Yes seaweed in the ocean but water is warm and it’s not bad and practically none on the beach.

    Go to the spa!

    The spa experience was the highlight of our stay Isabel and Lidia gave us wonderful massage treatments. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
