We loved our stay at Sandyport. Our lagoon facing room was so comfortable and the location was so beautiful. To be able to step out of room and sit on a lounge chair or lay in a hammock was a treat. The pool are was also wonderful. Nothing is ever crowded. There are two excellent restaurants within a short walking distance and the location of the hotel is relatively close to the downtown area (20-25 minute cab ride). My husband and son also loved the big chess game. We went with teenage sones, but the resort is ideal for families with small children. Advice would be to pack some snacks so that you do not always have to go out to eat something.

Relax and Unwind
This was my second time at Sandyport Resort, and once again, I had a great experience. From the warm check-in with Mrs. Felicia to the entire stay, everything was wonderful. I love the location,it's peaceful, perfect for long walks, and just steps away from a beautiful beach, bars and restaurants. The service is excellent, making it an ideal place to relax and unwind. And they are pet friendly, a must for me💙

A beautiful Getaway
MY daughters and I stayed the weekend of June 27 2025 and I must say we had a blast. the view was spectacular; the hammocks were soothing and ocean was just a fingertip away at our back door. We thought the property was very modern and clean. We can't wait to come back.

Wake up to palm tress and a beach lagoon
The location was great. Loved being right on the lagoon beach overlooking the palm tress and hammocks. Close walk to the beach, restaurants, and the local bus which takes you into town. Our room, twin beds, was really spacious and the beds were comfortable.
