Aug 04, 2025Exceeded expectations of a Brand New Resort
We were very happy with the Secrets Baby Beach property compared to some of the other Secrets properties we've been to. The room was very comfortable and the housekeeping was great. The pools are nice because you can easily move between the more serene infinity pools and DJ party pools depending on the vide you want - both had swim up bars. The resort is on the opposite side of the island from the downtown strip and more authentic restaurants but you can rent a car for about $100 for the day and ride around the island. Highly recommend the UTV and Sunset cruise excursion. The one slight drawback is the ~45 min transport ride to get there. Both run from the opposite side of the island. Baby Beach is a short walk from the property and it's really nice. It has a natural sea wall making the water crystal clear and about 4ft deep at it's deepest. The minor drawback is that it's a public beach so there's limited food/beverage access beyond what's in the cooler provided by the Secrets van. The van does provide free chairs and towels for guests which is nice. We want to return in a year or two after the resort has expanded and rounded out some of the minor kinks.

Aug 03, 2025Horrible!!! Just horrible!!
My husband and I stay here for my birthday which was a horrible experience! It took over an hour to check us in due to the fact that they gave us the wrong room! My husband request for the swim out pool with private jacuzzi and he had to pay over $1000 for the upgrade which was thier mistake! He did include the “ prefer club” which was a total failure! The “prefer club” area had rude staff and never acknowledged us which made us stay in the regular part for most of our stay. They are extremely under staff which made everything be delay (room service, cleaning service, restaurant service, front desk service) management was useless and disappointing! My husband booked a taxi with the resort to take us to the airport which was horrible! He made us get out of the car due to my husband just asking the price and stating he paid less for a private taxi that brought us from the airport! We had to walk to the resort which is in the middle of no where! Thank god it happened less than a mile away from the resort! My husband and I were in disbelief!!! When we got to the resort my husband was furious but still didn’t lose his cool with no one just asked them to get us a private taxi to take us to the airport. Management handle the situation so poorly! They did not help at all! No accommodation, no acknowledgment, no communication, no understanding, and no sympathy!! It was one of the staff that was able to get a shuttle bus to take us! This was the worst experience ever!! My husband paid over $6000 for a 3 day stay at this nightmare of a place!! Please don’t stay here! Don’t get fooled by the appearance like we did!

Aug 01, 2025Breaking in baby beach with secrets
Our recent experience was highly enjoyable. The staff and ambiance were exceptional. The culinary offerings were consistently well-prepared and served at the appropriate temperature. While the butler service is still undergoing refinement, it was adequately managed. The proximity to Baby Beach was ideal. We particularly appreciated the privacy afforded by our swim-up suite. Premium alcoholic beverages were readily available at all bars. We anticipate returning in the near future.

Aruba is now my absolute favorite
Alvin, our Butler was absolutely amazing! We now consider beautiful Aruba our favorite. I’m ready to move tomorrow. We were very pleased with this hotel with it being a very new hotel.

The best time!!
I had an amazing time! The weather is perfect. The resort is gorgeous. The service was great. Food was really good. Entertainment needs work but I think it's because it's still really new. I would definitely go back! Highly recommend it!!
