Definitely not a good experience at all first I’d like to say I am a uvc member and here I did not feel like it at all . I landed and got to the hotel by 3 did not get into my room until about 2 hrs later because they couldn’t find my reservation. My trip is only a 2 day relaxing trip and I felt like I did not get my full day . By the time they put me in a room I couldn’t go to the pool because we wanted to try to eat got to barefoot it was closed got to the bars it was packing up to close . On top of that customer service very very rude ! I asked to see if a swim up was available because I wanted to use the pool after 7 since it would be closed by the time we got to settle and he basically chased me away , blaming uvc saying we are not with them it’s their fault . I told him I’d pay he did not care at all . I travel A lot and I am truly dissatisfied and disappointed! The long wait times to eat and then when you do get it ! Food cold !!

I enjoyed my stay. nice grounds. beautiful beach and nice pools. friendly staff. Tai from arts and crafts and Toni-Lisa was my fave. I was at arts and crafts every single day. good vibes and beautiful stuff I made to take home. Please people, don't forget to tip when you're doing arts and crafts. it's tedious and I see how much time and passionate they are. Tip your fave ppl :)

Pros: new hotel, adults only, so no screaming children, quiet, peaceful, relaxing Cons: alcohol choices are poor even if you are preferred member, departure experience was bad, I can not imagine the nightmare it would during the “vacation season”. And finally, Jet Blue messed up it up at the end canceling the flight costing 300 passengers a full day of work and the evening of despair

New resort with a fabulous beach and gorgeous pool scape. Also gorgeous wedding locations!
Fabulous resort with a gorgeous beach. There are a few differences between this property and the ones in Punta Cana, Mexico and Jamaica. To avoid disappointments, there IS 24 hour room service and butlers, but no Secrets boxes to deliver the room service to. Also, the beach is GORGEOUS but it is public and a favorite of locals (been ranked in the top 5 beaches in the Caribbean for years) and the resort does not yet have a permit to have loungers on the beach. When you go down to the beach, they have a concierge there to set up Tommy Bahamas chairs and a cooler for you with beer, soda, water, and juice. These few little things do not take away from the overall experience. LOVED this resort. Gorgeous views from all pools and about 3/4 of the rooms. Excellent food and drinks. The service is super friendly. You can book without hesitation. Highly recommend preferred club for the pool and lounge with higher end alcohol and better location for rooms. Plus, butler service is always a bonus!

This was the worst experience that I’ve ever had at any Secrets that I’ve ever stayed at. I would never return, the service was horrible. No butler service for the Bali Beds. No waiters around the Infiniti pool. Just not the level of service that I’m used to at Secrets. We canceled our Preferred status because it was be offered to all. No one was identified as preferred. People were just coming and going. Save your money
