  Secrets baby beach Aruba

  I recently stayed at Secrets Resort in Aruba and was extremely disappointed with how my reservation and overall experience were handled. I had booked a Preferred Club swim-out room, which cost significantly more, and I expected to receive exactly what I paid for. However, upon arrival, management informed me that the room I booked was not available and that it would be ready the following day. The next day came and went with no update. Despite being patient and polite, I kept getting pushed off and given different excuses. Only after I became firm about the situation did they suddenly manage to “have the room ready”—at 9:00 PM, which is completely unreasonable. I lost almost two full days of the room I specifically booked and paid extra for. Management claimed they would compensate me with two free nights for the inconvenience, but then told me I would have to go through my travel agent because I booked through a third party. This makes absolutely no sense—it was the resort’s mistake, and it should not be my travel agent’s responsibility to fix a problem that she had nothing to do with. It felt like they were trying to shift blame instead of taking accountability. Throughout the entire experience, I was given mixed messages and, frankly, lied to hour after hour. Nothing was handled professionally, and no one seemed genuinely interested in resolving the issue. I am not happy about how long it took to get the room I paid for, I am not happy with how the situation was handled, and I feel like the resort tried to redirect the frustration toward my travel agent instead of owning their mistake. For the price of a Preferred Club swim-out room and the expectations that come with a Secrets Resort property, this experience was completely unacceptable. I will not be returning.

  Everything you need for a great vacation

  We travelled here to be safe during hurricane season and decided to try out Secrets baby beach. This is a new resort and that always comes with positives and some negatives. First thing first this resort in not on the beach, it sit above the beach about a 4 to 5 min walk which is nothing, they have golf carts to transport you if needed. the resort itself is beautiful open air feel and a breeze that you can feel all day. rooms were modern and clean with all the amenities you would need for a great vacation. The staff are friendly and hard working, some are new and some are experienced in the guest service industry but over time this resort will run like a Swiss watch. The food and drinks were all delicious with no complaints. we stayed as preferred club guest but felt is was not necessary and not worth the extra expense. give it a try and see for yourself.

  Amazing Staff!

  I had an amazing time at Secrets Baby Beach Aruba. From the moment I stepped off of the shuttle to check in to the moment l left, the staff was very hospitable and made me feel welcomed. The bartenders (Shania and Pierre) consistently made sure to fill my cup at the pool, whether it was water or a cocktail. My favorite aspect of the trip was the daily itinerary of activities. Secrets has its own entertainment team. I've been to resorts in the past and staff have never gone out of their way to learn my name and have one on one conversations not only about the resort but about the culture of Aruba. Despite having an entertainment team of 8 rotating members, I still was able to meet each individual. Toni-Lisa, Yasmine, Taisia, Ivy and Deyvid were extremely welcoming, you can tell they enjoy their jobs. They would let us know which activities were going on that day and would even come and find me to participate, which I appreciated, especially the line dancing at the pool as well as painting. I took a pilates class with Kaila as the instructor and one thing that really stuck out was that Gabby, Emilio and Angie from the entertainment team were really enthusiastic about participating. Initially, I thought they were there to supervise but they actually joined in with the class with positive attitudes, which was great. Overall, Thad a great time and would definitely visit again!

  Wonderful RESORT

  A fantastic all inclusive Resort! The staff, dining, accommodations and Entertainment staff were excellent. One very relevant consideration for this resort is that it is on Baby Beach. Also, we have stayed on the West Side (great resorts as well) however, there was no sea breeze given the island is to the east. At Secrets we had an easterly sea breeze from the east day and night. This was So Nice to manage the heat. I'm an Architect and spent nearly all week in the main Infinity pool overlooking the ocean. The best I've ever experienced or seen at a resort. Ivy, Tai, Yasmin, and especially Angela made poolside activities so much fun.

  Great times at Secrets Baby Beach

  It was a great experience. The restaurant all were great. The staff all are amazing. The most beautiful crystal clear beach we never experienced before.
