Sheyla was very friendly and her service was great! The bar tenders Perfe, Dario, Mario and Julio kept the drinks coming which we appreciated very much. Great drinks!

Preferred club is the way to go!! Rent a cabana !
It was fantastic. We particularly liked Diego and Sheyla bringing us cool towels and aromaotheripy water daily in the hot sun. The food was great and the service was exceptional Julio and Mario in the preferred club meet all of our needs and we highly recommend this location. A+ service !!!!

Come see Puerto Valletta
We had a nice time.with Julio Diego, Sheyla, and Andi (Andrea). Were wonderfulll beautiful setting. Everyone wanted us to be happy. The breakfast is wonderful. Food and service is top Tier. Rent a cabana.

Beautiful Service!
I’ve had a lovely experience. The trip has been fabulous. Shayla and Diego brought us some deliciously smelling cold towels for our necks on one of the hottest days. What a perfect way to relax by the pool. Would highly recommend!

This is my third visit in the last four years, as I always enjoy my time here. However, I noticed that some areas are showing wear and tear—specifically, some walls need a fresh coat of paint and certain floor tiles/panels need replacement. Additionally, while I love having breakfast at Market Café, the menu remained unchanged during my 5-day stay. Adding a bit more variety or rotating options would make the experience even better
