This was a wonderful trip I highly recommend secrets cap Cana. They take such good care of you and anticipate any need you could have. Our butler, Ricardo, was Amazing. He made our celebration even more special with surprises throughout the week. Good food, awesome desserts, top notch resort. Wonderful welcoming feeling.

Perfect Bacation!
The property was beautiful. Room was spacious and immaculate. Bed was very comfortable. Food was excellent with so many choices of restaurants! The beach was fabulous! Plenty of space on the preferred beach with shade if needed. The only complaint was the seaweed, a problem throughout the Caribbean. The beach was cleaned at least twice a day. Service was most impressive throughout the property. Our butler Alexis anticipated our needs. He texted the daily schedule, made reservations for dinner in the only restaurant that required reservations. Alexis stopped by every day to check on us. He helped us with our later checkout which was much appreciated! Secrets was the peaceful vacation we were looking for. Yet, the property is large enough that if you were looking for a party, it was there! Our first stay, but we met many repeat visitors!

Paradise Discovered!
WOW. We have been back home for 2 days and it was honestly the best vacation we could imagine having. Our concierge, Alexander, was attentive to our every need, often before they were even needed. We came with a good group of friends, 10 of us total, and he checked every box. An extraordinary asset to this resort, I hope he never leaves as we will definitely seek him out on every trip moving forward, and we will definitely return. Not just Alexander, but Many others stood out as well, like Jose in the buffet area, Johnny Walker in entertainment, Madeline and Fidelina at poolside kept us "hydrated" with delectable drink selections and really go above and beyond as it truly feels like family. We genuinely not only miss the resort, but the people themselves. Sure, the room was great, food service and selection and quality were top notch, but the quality character of the people is what will continue to make this resort stand out above others. Together, we grew our friendships, and grew together as "familia" with staff. They gave us all nicknames, and I will proudly proclaim it on our next trip. Knowing what paradise feels like to experience, the process of planning our return trip has already begun. We miss the warmth, the food, the drinks, the beach, but most of all, we miss our "familia". TO FRIO!!!

Perfect
Secrets Cap Cana was absolutely flawless. The food was outstanding, our room was clean and had everything anyone needed, the entertainment was fun and lively, and every single staff member was warm, welcoming, and genuinely friendly. Our butler, Anibal, truly made the experience unforgettable—he was always checking in to make sure we had everything we needed and often surprised us with special treats and thoughtful touches in our room. Anibal became a good friend by the end of our visit. His attention to detail and care went above and beyond and made our stay feel extra special.

Amazing Experience
My wife and I came here for our honeymoon. I honestly cannot think of a single thing I would change about this place. It is beautiful, peaceful yet exciting, the food is amazing and the staff do absolutely everything to make your visit the best it can be all with a smile. The rooms were cleaned daily and the views from the ocean front balcony were beautiful. It can be whatever scene you want it to be. If you prefer the loud party scene, they have times and places for that. If you more prefer relaxation and the quiet, you can definitely have that as well. Our "Butler" Leonardo was easily reachable, and always took the initiative to make sure our stay was perfect. Without a doubt we will be returning.
