Secret Cap Cana is a five out of five!
This was my second time visiting this resort, and it was absolutely amazing. We were fortunate enough to have Pilier as our butler, and he was outstanding—always available when we needed him, without ever being intrusive. David and Miguel, the pool bartenders, made fantastic drinks and were both lively and engaging. Scooby Doo, who ran the poolside activities, was hilarious and kept us constantly entertained and laughing. Joel at the Bordeaux restaurant provided exceptional service and was incredibly personable throughout our dinner. Jorge at the VIP front desk area was warm, welcoming, and made us feel right at home. The property was spotless, all of the amenities were fully operational, and the restaurants were consistently delicious. It was truly a wonderful experience from start to finish. I will definitely be returning to this resort and highly recommend it. I also suggest upgrading to the Preferred Club—it’s absolutely worth the extra cost for the elevated service. If you can, request Pilier as your butler; you won’t be disappointed.

Great Time!
Well I would rate this resort a 12 out of 10! My wife and I stayed in a preferred room for a week, and everything from the check-in to checking out was amazing! We will be back!

An incredible honeymoon!!!! 🤩
Myself and my husband had our 2 week honeymoon here in January, and we both still stand by our opinions that it was the most incredible holiday we have ever had, and it will be hard to beat! 😍 Our welcome to the resort was amazing, we were given the most stunning pink fizz at check in. The grounds are mind blowing. The staff are extremely friendly, I’ve never know anything like it. The massive array of food and drink options were spectacular, our favourite restaurant being the Japanese, but honestly it was all amazing. The cocktails are also insane. We stayed non-preferred, and are glad we did not pay the extra for preferred. Our concierge went above and beyond, we did not feel like we missed out on anything. If you are looking to book this magical place for your honeymoon, stop scrolling and DO IT!!!!!!! It’s impossible to be disappointed. I only hope I can come back one day. It actually is PARADISE. 🌴

Beatriz Made Our Stay Unforgettable
During our stay at Secrets Cap Cana, we had the absolute pleasure of being welcomed by Beatriz, one of the hostesses. From the very first moment, she stood out with her incredibly warm, friendly, and attentive nature. She went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and special every single time we saw her. Wherever Beatriz was hosting that day — no matter which restaurant — she brought an amazing energy that truly lit up the place. Her big smile and wonderful attitude made every dining experience feel extra special. She created such a positive atmosphere that we always looked forward to seeing her. There was one evening in particular where Beatriz made our night unforgettable — her kindness and personal touch turned it into a truly memorable experience. She made each interaction feel sincere and meaningful, and her presence alone had the power to brighten our entire day or night. Beatriz represents the very best of Dominican hospitality. Through her, we saw the heart and warmth of the Dominican people at its highest. She’s a true gem, and we feel so lucky to have met her. Thank you, Beatriz, for making our trip even more special!
