Swim Up Room was amazing
I just got back from the most incredible stay in Punta Cana, and I’m still smiling every time I think about it. From the moment I arrived, it felt like stepping into a postcard — palm trees swaying, warm ocean breeze, and that “you’ve officially escaped” kind of peace. The resort was spotless, modern, and beautifully designed, but what really stood out was the vibe. Every staff member was welcoming, friendly, and genuinely cared about making the stay special. Whether it was the morning smiles from the breakfast staff, the pool attendants who knew my drink order by day two, or the entertainment team keeping everyone laughing and dancing at night — the energy was unmatched. My room was spacious, bright, and perfectly maintained. Waking up to ocean views and the sound of waves felt like luxury in its purest form. The food options were amazing — fresh tropical fruit, made-to-order omelets, beachside seafood, and so many flavors that truly captured the Dominican culture. What I loved most was how balanced everything felt: plenty of moments to relax, but also so many fun things to do. The pool scene was lively but not overwhelming, and the beach? Absolutely stunning — calm, clear, and picture-perfect from sunrise to sunset. By the end of the trip, I felt recharged, inspired, and already planning when I could come back. The resort truly embodies the meaning of paradise — luxury meets warmth, beauty meets comfort. Great Time!
We had an Excellent time here at Secrets Cap Cana. Their employees were fun and very courteous! They were the following; Breakfast-Domingo. Activities- Ice Cube & Beyonce. Pool- Alexis. Lunch- Johansell. Catamaran- Carlos.

Great resort for adult couples, retirees looking for first class experience.
Excellent customer service. Great amenities, pleasant beach, clean. Good food. Good quiet restaurants. Some places in Punta Cana far too loud and crowded. This one just right for a relaxing stay.

Wonderful 2nd time at this resort
The resort grounds are absolutely breathtaking and meticulously maintained, but the true difference-maker here is the exceptional staff. This was my second trip to Secrets Cap Cana and everything about this experience was better than the last time if possible. My butler, Philippe, was attentive and made me smile every day with his attitude and kindness, from first contact to last he helped make the trip special. As a returning guest, I was welcome to my room with a sash on the door saying "Repeat Guest" which was such a nice touch. I spend all my days at the beach and the Preferred beach waitress team of Yuleisy, Vanessa and Marisol stand out as a team of amazing hard working and fun women. They are attentive to the guests, supportive of each other and always smiling and laughing while they work hard to make all the beach goers experiences memorable. Unfortunately the beach had a difficult year with the sargassum however the week I was there it was minimal and the resort does an exceptional job of keeping it cleaned up. It did not affect my enjoyment of the beach nor the water. There are 2 beautiful pools as well aside from the beach to enjoy if that is your preference. I recommend this resort without hesitation for anyone looking for a beautiful escape with the best team of people working there to make your vacation seamless.
