Apr 30, 2025First time but definitely won't be the last!
All-inclusive resorts are not usually my thing. I expect sub par food and inattentive customer service. I was so surprised at the quality of both the food, and blown away by the customer service. Carlos our butler was truly like family. It was like he was the best host ever in the most beautiful home. Maria and Esperanza were fantastic at the quiet pool bar. These people made our vacation so memorable and we can't wait to go back.

Wonderful visit!
First time to this resort and we will be back! Had an amazing room, beautiful beach and pool, fun entertainment and enjoyable meals. We had great service no matter where we were at! The lobby bar was a lot of fun too! Great bartenders there! Our butler, Darling, took great care of us each and every day, always so responsive to our needs/questions. And our UVC rep, Juliana, was so pleasant and welcoming. We had a great visit and look forward to returning in the future!

Fantastic resort experience
Just returned home from Secrets Cap Cana. An absolute 10/10 experience in every way. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! I chose this resort based on enjoying other Secrets resorts and excellent customer reviews for this resort, which were spot on! If you want to know more... Restaurants were top notch in quality and variety as well as above and beyond customer service. Many restaurants to choose from: Italian, French, Oceana Seafood, Mexican, Hibachi, Poolside grills, Coco's coffee and dessert and our favorite restaurant, Seaside Grill which had the best grilled steaks, pork, chicken and salmon in beautiful ambiance by the Sea. Rooms were clean, large, quite. Bathroom was great as well as excellent maid service. We had a picture postcard view of the pool and property off our 3rd floor balcony. First floor offers swim up mostly private pool if desired. Pool was basically the length of the property to the beach, clean, beautiful ambiance and warm. Pool side towels, drinks, food and service all excellent. Beach was GORGEOUS, water was clean and warm. Customer service was 10/10 in every aspect. Hope this helps. We have traveled throughout the Caribbean to lovely resorts for years and I feel this is the best resort we've ever stayed at!! Will be returning. As someone else said...just book it!!

Secrets Cap Cana is gorgeous, clean, staff are lovely. The beach was great and entertainment wonderful. The food was very disappointing. The Sea Side Grill was the most disappointing, salsa on everything at lunch, steak not cooked as requested, flat prosecco. The French restaurant had an amuse bouche that was no delicacy with shrimp and chef special was shrimp. Neither we eat. The Italian was nice but the pasta very blah. The amount of fajita meat at the Mexican for one person was ridiculous. Very wasteful. The buffet was very blah. Towels, we saw people with up to 4 towels each. It was insane. They may want to consider accountability with room numbers. I don't think we would go here again.

This resort never disappoints. Leonardo and Matiel are the most attentive Butler’s. Whether it’s daily reminders or checking on us to see if we need anything during our stay…these young men hustle and we just love them! Esperanza, Juan, Ruth and Francisco are always very personable and make our stay very memorable! We can say enough how excellent the service is at the Preferred Pool - we always have the BEST time with this group. They go above and beyond!!! Love them too!!! We can always count on Javier in the Preferred Lounge for the perfect Margarita and Bloody Mary! He is the BEST! Juliana from UVC is always very gracious and helpful if we need her. Job well done SCC Staff xo
