    Peaceful stay with a relaxing spa atmosphere

    We stayed here looking for a calm and relaxing break, and the overall atmosphere was very peaceful. The spa area was well maintained and provided a quiet space to unwind, especially outside peak hours. The hotel grounds were clean and nicely designed, and the setting near the marina added to the relaxed feeling. The experience felt suitable for couples who want downtime rather than a busy resort environment. While some areas could feel quieter depending on the time of day, it worked well for us since we were mainly focused on rest and relaxation. Overall, a comfortable and tranquil stay.

    Very comfortable hotel in a pleasant location

    A great hotel with very friendly and professional staff in the main. Choice of different restaurants. Definitely worth going for the preferred club option.

    Beautiful hotel and wonderful staff

    The hotel is immaculate and the rooms well serviced. The staff are warm, welcoming, and very friendly. The food isn’t fantastic but not bad enough to spoil the experience.

    Preferred Club experience Jan 2026

    Good standard overall but hotel is looking a little tired, which is surprising as it had a refurbishment a few years ago. We had a Preferred Club double situated right at end of one 'block'. Hotel is built in an open style, which meant that the wind whistled down corridor as soon as you left the room. Space was adequate for a week, but shower/toilet area was small. Free minibar and club lounge were great features, but hotel restaurants were pricey unless you opted for all-inclusive. We preferred to eat out in Puerto Calero which was much better quality and value for money.
