    A beautiful, large adults-only hotel

    Very good food, friendly staff and beautiful bedrooms. Ask for sea views or pool views. Optional “preferred club” for extra private spaces and pool area and breakfast in quieter Portofino restaurant.

    Great hotel and great staff, well worth the money.

    This was our second stay here and probably not our last, it was like returning back to our second home. we stayed on all inclusive preferred status which was well worth the upgrade, this gives you access to exclusive dining, bars and pool throughout the day, as well as the buffet. The meals were first class with a good variation. The rooms are well equipped and clean, preferred rooms also have dressing gowns and a turn down service. The Staff are unbelievable nothing is too much trouble. In the restaurants if you want something tweaking from the menu they will do it for you to meet your tastes. If you need anything the customer experience team are there to help with a smile or a chat. Special mention to Carla she does an amazing job. The location is set on a quiet headland overlooking the marina which has a few bars and restaurants this was ideal for walk on an evening. I would recommend this hotel to anyone knowing they would not be disappointed.

    Fantastic trip to Secrets

    This was a fantastic trip (friends travelling for a long, relaxing weekend break in the sun). The hotel had everything you would need - and more! The staff are a huge credit to the hotel, everyone we met was so helpful. We enjoyed it so much that we have just booked to come back again in a few months (can’t wait!).

    Just what I was needing!

    First hotel in a very long time that I couldn't find fault with it. Everything was 10/10 perfection. Already booking up to come back in October 26. Can't wait!

    Hidden costs

    This hotel has a really odd way of marketing itself and very confusing for a single traveller on their own. You end up paying a lot of money for nothing in my view. If you pay for preferred I just didn’t understand what it is you’re paying for it didn’t allow me to go into the Spa you had to pay extra on so be careful.
