  A wonderful holiday at Secrets, Lanzarote

  We have recently returned from our 12th visit to Secrets. We have always loved our holidays there but this year was even better. The staff are so welcoming on arrival. You are given a glass of cava with cold towels while you are waiting to be checked in. We were given a lovely ocean view room in the block of our choice, Block C, 5th Floor, which has lifts to the pool area or the reception/Piano Bar. We arrived very early in the day but were told we could use the bar/restaurants straight away until the room was ready. It was a lovely room, clean & with all the extras and a bottle of Cava & chocolates were waiting. We visited all the restaurants during our stay and the service & staff were excellent in all of them and the food was exceptional, even better than we have ever had before. The waiting time in the restaurants was perfect for us. A wonderful variety of dishes and the portions were huge. We book AI & Preferred as we like to spend our time around the hotel just relaxing as we lead busy lives at home but there is a lovely Marina about 10 minutes walk with very nice restaurants and a few shops and a lot of people book B&B and eat at the Marina. We only used the Preferred Pool but there were more than enough sun loungers at all times of the day. The waiter service around the pool was excellent this year, they were continually walking round taking orders. It was the same at the Piano Bar in the evenings, plenty of waiters, far more than our previous visits. The only thing that we feel could be improved is the entertainment and a lot of people mention this but some of the acts were very good. All of the staff are wonderful and so helpful if you need anything you just have to ask. If you are not happy with anything just let Guest Services know and they will do everything they can to put things right but you must ask. We have got to know a lot of the staff from previous visits and they are all so lovely but a special mention to Konte & Laura Lopez. Everyone loves Konte. If you are looking for a relaxing holiday in a beautiful and tranquil location with wonderful staff, rooms & food book your holiday at Secrets Lanzarote. You will not be disappointed.

  Honeymoon to remember

  We had an amazing time at secretes for our honeymoon. The room was gorgeous and had lovely vista over the resort and the sea. The staff were fantastic and incredibly helpful. The food was exceptional, we didn’t feel the need to leave the resort with so many top class restaurant options. We can’t wait to come back!

  Secrets and Spa Lanzarote

  Just got back from a weeks stay. The hotel and rooms are very clean and everything you need. The gym is open 24/7. The marina is a 10 min walk away with a selection of bars and restaurants. Plenty of sunbeds. You don’t need to pay a deposit for the towels, you get a towel card .

  Best kept secret.

  I just visited Secrets in Lanzarote this month, and I was mesmerized to see their luxurious accommodations. Their staff behaviour is also excellent, and have already booked to visit again. After conducting research, I selected Secrets I was highly impressed with its clean and comfortable rooms and additional facilities. I highly recommend it! The secure and safe environment of this hotel will always have my heart. I have recommended that others must visit once, and I can assure you that they will never regret it. The cultural experience at Secrets left us both with many stories and great memories. The hotel facilities and room services are exceptional. The staff are also accommodating and friendly e special shout out goes to Konte I booked Secrets because of its commitment to eco-friendly practices. From recycling programs to energy-saving measures, they prioritize environmental conservation without compromising comfort. Absolutely liked everything about this hotel. From delicious dining options to cozy rooms with stunning views, everything exceeded my expectations. What a gem of a hotel! From the efficient check-in/check-out process, each moment was delightful. Also, the hotel has a very secure and safe and an TV to die for especially if you have an Amazon or Netflix account. The premium amenities with spa and gym facilities offered us an excellent experience. This is the perfect hotel for a romantic getaway in Lanzarote . The downtown area on Main Street 15euros taxi fare. This hotel is indeed a hidden Secret paradise so very well named with comprehensive amenities. The attention to detail in each aspect of the experience truly sets it apart. If Carlsburg made hotels they would make Secrets x

  Lovely holiday

  On our arrival we were checked in by a very friendly helpful receptionist called Ana b then taken to our room by Konte who was also lovely. We have found nearly all of the staff very friendly and helpful . Our room is very nice comfortable and clean .food has great choice and is very good .the hotel is nice and peaceful personally we travel a great deal and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel and we certainly intend to return.
