    Disappointing

    Not a 5* hotel unless you pay to be a preferred guest. Breakfast service great (if you get the good staff) Pool towels & bathroom towels poor quality - as though they have been in use for years Reception staff always polite, helpful and very pleasant Wooden furnishings in room & on balcony look in need of improvement Good gym and pilates classes

    Excellent facilities and staff service. Great attention to detail and no request or requirement was overlooked. Excellent food selection with the buffet and à la carte restaurants.

    Book this hotel, you wont be dissapointed

    This is an excellent hotel. Booked the preferred suite. Really clean and well maintained hotel. This is a really fantastic hotel. If you're thinking of going to Lanzarote just book Secrets

    Home from home at Secrets Hotel

    We stayed at Secrets Hotel in January 2026. We upgraded and had a beautiful room with sea view. The room was cleaned every day. The food in the restaurants was good with a very varied choice. The staff were all very nice and very helpful. Particularly Laura and Niomi. The one thing we didn't care for was their choice of "piped" music at the pools. We found it very loud and not very relaxing.
