PERFECT HOTEL FOR A COUPLE TRIP
We visited Secrets Villamil Mallorca for a couple’s getaway and had the most wonderful time! What really attracted us was the all-inclusive option — something that’s pretty rare in European hotels. We chose the all-inclusive package along with the Preferred Club, which gave us access to a private pool, rooms with amazing views, premium drinks at the bar. The best part was that we didn’t have to think about anything, we could just relax and enjoy. The pool water was warm, the rooms were super cozy, the staff was incredibly kind and helpful. The hotel is right on the beach, so you can easily take a walk by the sea, or step out into the town where you’ll find plenty of shops, restaurants, car rentals. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful and carefree holiday in beautiful Mallorca! 🌴💛

Peaceful
Arrived at 21:00, welcome drink appreciated. Eliza at reception great. One of the older rooms at the front on the beach walk, clean, everything u need, great chambermaids, the welcome snack and wine outstanding. The hotel staff grounds and areas classy. Breakfast in the morning, u could not ask for more, the snack bar at the pool great. Although drinks pricey the bar are was nice to relax at. From our arrival to our departure the staff were the difference. Have stayed at various properties in Peguera, but this is the best by a long way. Paula at check out was excellent, yea we shall return.

4.5* stay at this gorgeous hotel
Returned last night from a 2nt escape with a girlfriend, to the sun break to Secrets. From the moment we arrived (25min taxi EUR80) to the moment we left, pretty much everything was perfect. Our room was available for us at 11am, we were by the pool by midday. The room 305 has the most spectacular sea view I’ve ever had the pleasure to enjoy. Full frontal sea view, with a little balcony, was stunning. The room had all the facilities we needed (no kettle, but that didn’t matter to us) and the beds were super comfy. The pool and beach at this hotel are lovely. Sunloungers by the pool could do with a cushion, but that’s my only feedback. The food at Olio was super, the salads and club sandwich were great! The bread basket lacks imagination though. EUR20 for 2 comfy loungers and parasol on the beach all day, was great. I didn’t visit the spa, but my friend had a massage there and said it was lovely. All in all, a wonderful stay. Staff were all so pleasant and helpful. I wouldn’t hesitate to rebook.

Good but not excellent
I stayed at Secrets recently as a solo traveler. I booked all inclusive. I emailed the hotel and asked if I could have a high room as being female I do not like being on the ground floor. I was advised it would cost me €100 per night extra and I could be upgraded to a preferred club suite. It was a lot of money but I decided to opt for the upgrade for security. I was very disappointed as although my room was large, there was no separate living area, I had two easy chairs in the main bedroom and a small balcony with chairs. The patio door or bedroom door were not lockable from the inside. Staying at Secrets in Lanzarote the previous year I upgraded the same, had a large bedroom with separate living space, a TV in both areas, settee and chairs with a large balcony and sunbeds. I don’t need a lot of space as a single traveller but like to get the same value for my money. What makes the hotel is the staff. Always a cheery smile and they ask how you are. Unfortunately the gentleman on Reception who checked me in and out needs to learn from his colleagues. He was rushed and never asked me if I had a good stay. The food is good in the market cafe. So much choice and it was tasty. It was disappointing that there was only one restaurant open for lunch so by the end of the week I was fed up with the menu. I didn’t try the restaurants at night as no spaces available for the time I wanted to eat. The view from my room was amazing being right on the sea front but the area around the hotel is very run down. Areas of the hotel particularly the rooms are looking a little dated but the housekeeping team were hard working and it was spotlessly clean and they always replenished the room on time. I’m not sure I would go back again purely because of having to pay to be “safe” and it did concern me greatly anyone with a key card could have walked in at any time so I was always on edge.

Amazing stay at Secrets Mallorca Villamil Resort & Spa!
We had a fantastic stay at Secrets Mallorca Villamil Resort & Spa. The hotel is beautifully located at a quiet beach, perfect for relaxing. Its grounds are stunning, and while some areas show slight signs of aging, this didn’t affect our experience. Our room was lovely — spacious, clean, and well-appointed. Service was great, with a special mention to Paula at the reception. She was outstanding — always welcoming, incredibly helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Her warm, professional attitude made a real difference in our stay. The breakfast buffet was amazing — extensive with every option you could imagine. Our dinner at the Seaside Grill was also a highlight, offering delicious cuisine with a beautiful beachfront view. Opting for the Preferred Club rooms was absolutely worth it, providing exclusive amenities (access to lounge with snacks & drinks, separate pool etc.) resulting in a more personalized and exclusive experience. For its price, this hotel offers fantastic value, easily one of the best five-star options on the island. We were extremely satisfied and would love to return anytime soon!
