Wonderful experience!
The resort was absolutely amazing and beautiful! The staff was wonderful! Food was delicious! The ONLY thing we did not like was the 3 hour sales pitch we were forced to sit through. We were only there for 3 days and it felt like we wasted time sitting through the sales pitch. On the flip side, we did get a $400 spa credit to use during our stay but we still felt like we were forced to sit through the sales pitch after saying “no” multiple times. Over all, we were very impressed with the resort as a whole and will definitely consider going back!

Secrets Maroma Beach in Cancun, a classy and entertaining resort.
Our 5 day vacation to Secrets Maroma Beach was amazing. Everything from the check- in process, our personal concierge, the service , food and drinks were exceptional! The resort was very clean and they pay special attention to the decor, ambiance and amenities they provide. The resort offers a variety of restaurants. The service and food quality were excellent. We will definitely be vacationing here again!

Just Wow halfway through
We came to secrets maroma beach for our honeymoon and are just over a week into our stay! I have to say it is the most fantastic resort I have ever stayed at! Clara at the lobby bar is amazing! Ivan at the pool bar was fantastic - promoted to night bar during our stay! Other fantastic staff include our concierges Brahmoon and Katya! And Antonio at the pool bar!! Will provide full review when home but wanted to share our experience so far!

Best all inclusive ever
Excellent resort. Greatest staff ever. So accommodating and welcoming. Pool and beach are wonderful. Room was well appointed and comfortable. Was beyond our expectations.
