We had an amazing time at Secrets Moxche Playa del Carmen for our honeymoon! We stayed in a preferred ocean front suite with a huge balcony and tube. The facilities, food, and service was amazing. We had great experiences at all of the dinner restaurants - our favorite being the Japanese and Italian restaurants. And we loved Bamboo for lunch - shout out to Axel who served us several days. We had fun playing volleyball and doing Zumba with the entertainment team and especially enjoyed visiting with Aranza, Sergio, Christian, Jessica & Julio. We booked the couples private spa suite experience with couples massage and it was an incredible time. Our massage therapists were excellent - Beatriz & Erica. Lehdi was our hydrotherapy guide and she was so helpful and kind. The spa experience is not to be skipped! We also absolutely loved Roads Through Mexico night! All in all, we’ve never experienced anything like this - the luxury immenities & friendly staff made for a picture perfect honeymoon we will never forget!

Great entertainment!!
The entertainment crew was incredible! Regina, Monica, Jessica, Gabriella, Miguel, and Julio were some of our favorites! From beach volleyball tournaments and karaoke nights to the most amazing shows and performers, they went above and beyond to make our experience the very best it could have been and they exceeded all of our expectations! We’re grateful we got to meet them!

Awesome
We had a great time on our trip. The resort is awesome and there are plenty of activities to do. We played volleyball, pickleball, golf on the simulator, pool basketball and more with Julio, Jessica, Cristian, and Sergio from the staff. They were awesome and super friendly and interactive. They made this trip plenty of fun for our family. We would 100% recommend this resort to anyone.

Amazing resort and staff
We had an amazing time at Secrets Moxché. The resort was beautiful and the staff were friendly. Jessica, Julio, Christian, and Sergio stood out by joining us for activities like volleyball, billiards, the golf simulator, and pool basketball, which made our stay more enjoyable.
