Our favorite AI!
Our favorite all inclusive so far! This place was definitely 5 star. Shout outs to Pamela and Maravais in the spa; our butlers Ana and Raul; Luis and Anthony in the preferred pool, and all the preferred pool bar bartenders! Thought the extra money we spent for preferred was TOTALLY worth it. The preferred lounge is such a great touch and had yummy snacks all day, we could get shots of Patron at the preferred bar, and we loved the butlers. All around fantastic time.

A great place to visit
From the time we entered the resort, we could not have been more pleased. Our butler's. Miguel and Martin, did more than just answer questions and help out, they anticipated our needs and had things ready for us often before we knew what we wanted(note photo). Paula, our housekeeper, had extra things for us each evening, and kept the place immaculate. Alejondra, who provided our snacks and mini bar service, not only assured it was full but added some special requests as well. At the pool, Angel, the pool concierge, assured we had a place set for us, and Maria, our server at the pool could not have been more attentive. Our great thanks to all who made our anniversary special, and assured it was one we will always remember. Dan & Vicky Morris

Solid little escape
Secrets Playa Blanca was a fantastic resort for my husband and me as we celebrated our wedding anniversary. The facilities were clean, the grounds well-kept and the layout was easy to navigate with plenty of options to keep it low key or be social. We booked a swim out suite and were placed in building 7. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The pool was very nice but since it is shared across 4 suites, it’s not very private. The building was well-situated with quick access to breakfast and the coffee shop. Our concierge, Manuel (Manny) was great, and organized a special tub for our last night. The food was enjoyable overall, though we would have appreciated more substantial plant-based options, especially compared to other Secrets resorts. Having previously stayed at Impressions Moxché, we’ve admittedly been spoiled—so while the dining at SPB was good, nothing truly stood out as exceptional. That said, a few highlights included the shrimp tacos at Seaside, the bread at Portofino, and the cheese cart at Bordeaux. The pool experience was great, though space at the more popular pools can be limited if you don’t arrive early to claim a spot (understand almost all resorts struggle with this, but good to know if you prefer the pool over the beach). However, we loved the jungle pool and found a spot there every day. We also spent our last afternoon in the Bali bed. It was divine. The spa was great, and Diego gave a fantastic massage. The hydrotherapy was unique since it was outdoors, though not every station worked and we did feel a bit rushed. Though, this may be because we split it between two days—the massage on day two and the hydrotherapy on our last day. Above all, the staff was the highlight of Secrets Playa Blanca. They were kind and attentive, quick to find solutions and generally were able to solve any ask we had. Special thanks to Manny who was the attentive concierge in our building. And to Cesar at the Jungle Pool for taking care of us and allowing us to fully unwind and relax on a much needed respite. He recognized us each day and was so thoughtful and friendly. All together, we would recommend a look if considering a Cancún-area getaway!

Amazing trip
We went for our 10th anniversary and the resort went above and beyond to make us feel celebrated. They surprised us with chocolate covered strawberries delivered to our room and our room decorated the actual night of our anniversary. We had a preferred ocean view room with two amazing butlers Duran and Abdiel. They checked on us daily and always answered our questions. We’ve had a butler before at Secrets Bahia Mita who never really checked in other than the first day. These guys were the absolute best! They set up a bubble bath for us one night that was very relaxing. Abdiel even brought us Tylenol to the pool one day- absolute life saver. Everyone around the resort was so friendly, we enjoyed every bit of our trip. Our sever at El Patio was amazing (I can’t remember his name), he gave us suggestions on food, shows, and drinks. Only downfall was that we never got a chance to eat at the teppanyaki tables because the reservations filled up within seconds each day. It’s one of our favorites while staying at secrets and we were disappointed we didn’t get to do it this time. We enjoyed the silent disco and the nightly shows in the theater, the cabaret show was so good! We also loved the sax player and trumpet player at the preferred bar lounge during the day. Highly recommend this place and can’t wait to come back!

Couldn’t ask for better!
My husband and I, accompanied by our 54 guests attended Secrets Playa Blanca Costa Mujeres for our wedding. We were blown away by the beauty of the resort, the attention to detail and the incredible service we received. The room was impeccably clean, turn down service was fantastic and the food just seemed to get better and better with each meal. Our wedding day was absolutely dream worthy. My husband and I stayed in the preferred club portion of the hotel and had the absolute pleasure of meeting our butlers for the week: Ana and Raul. Both of them were so attentive to us and could even anticipate our needs. They even set up a romantic turn down service for us the night of the wedding. They were both so warm and welcoming every time we would see them. They would make a point to greet us each day as well as text us the resort’s itinerary for day. We cannot thank them enough for making us feel so special during our trip. All in all our stay at this resort was a dream and we will absolutely be back again next year to celebrate our anniversary!
