We absolutely loved this resort. It was our first all-inclusive resort and we had a blast! The food was amazing and the views were beautiful. We loved the warm hospitality of all the workers as well! We felt truly taken care of all week!

Our 22nd wedding anniversary.
We had the best time. LUIS in the pool made sure we had fun every day and Yesenia at rosewater grill gave us amazing service at breakfast and lunch. They made it a very memorable experience. Mario and Daniel by the pool were awesome too making sure we had a fabulous cabana on our anniversary.

Great place, fun for couples vacation.
Such great people and a fun time! We have been to breathless before and liked it but wanted a quieter experience. This was perfect - we had a swim out ocean front room. The pool service is top notch, people really care. Room service is a little bit of a bust - unless you are too drunk to move, go get some food yourself. Property is lovely, might be showing a few signs of wear as it’s 5 years old now, but still nice. We really enjoy the laid back vibe and time together. We did get approached by swingers in the breathless party pool but just laughed our butts off about it as in we are the MOST CATHOLIC people there are. We don’t judge. They were definitely not the norm. The drinks are strong, the burgers are hot and tasty, and tacos are all you care to eat. Sign me up.

Excellent service
Excellent Service, couldn’t have wished for a better hotel and staff. The only thing we didn’t like was that the beach had a lot of seaweed and we couldn’t enter.

Karla is AMAZING 🤩
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Karla was absolutely amazing during our stay at Secrets Riviera Cancun! From the moment we met her, she greeted us by name and made us feel like VIPs. Her attentiveness and hospitality were unmatched—she always made sure we were comfortable, well-served, and enjoying our time. Every interaction felt genuine and personal, and her warm, friendly energy made such a difference in our trip. Karla truly went above and beyond, and we are so grateful for her incredible service. She’s a gem and an absolute credit to the resort! We also loved all the quality food! At the Mexican restaurant the Chef, Angel went out of his way to make Mole for us. We will definitely be back.
