Overall excellent stay. The most outstanding thing to note at this resort is the service. I cannot say enough about it. Everywhere you go, restaurants, pool, housekeeping, lounges. Shout out to Juan and Daniel at the pool helping us with towels chairs and everything we needed. Ariel and Umbria for non stop drink service. Drinks are strong and they make anything you can imagine. Rooms are huge and very well appointed. Any amenity you can imagine. Hard to understand the design that includes a glassed wall shower in the middle of the room. Just saying. The food in every restaurant is very good and well above average for all-inclusives. Everyone says this secrets pool area is chill. It's not chill Thursday - Sunday. It's bustling with activity, large groups of drunk people in their 50-60s having fun and very loud music. Mon- Wed very chill. Just an observation. If you're looking for quiet this isn't your spot.

Exactly what we expected…
The service is top-notch. From Juan and Daniel at the pool to Andres at the Picante restaurant, everything is what we could have expected. The restaurant choices are all great and the turn down service for the rooms was on point. This is exactly what we imagined for an all-inclusive. Every request was met with a friendly smile and a way to accommodate the request. This was exactly what we needed!

Beautiful short vacation! Our room was next to the new construction going on. Two nights of our stay they worked until dark. The suite made up for the noise! The staff were very attentive. Only downside to the trip was the constant seaweed. Overall definitely a place to visit again.

Great experience
It was an amazing experience at the resort. The Secret's pool is lively. Juan at the pool was amazing and helped set out chairs every day. Rosewater restaurant was very good as well. Our room faced the beach and some nights there was loud music for an event until 10 pm but after that it was quiet.
