  Another amazing trip - can't wait for #4

  First time at Secrets Riviera Cancun but have stayed at Breathless Riviera Cancun twice before. As with the 2 previous vacations to Breathless, this one was amazing as well! Breakfast at the Rosewater was excellent every morning - the waitstaff were extremely attentive and the food was always hot and delicious and presented beautifully. The Secrets pool was wonderful for a more laid back vibe. The French and Italian were are favorites this trip for dinner. The staff is what brings me back trip after trip - they all are absolutely amazing and work so hard to make sure you are having the best vacation! On that note - I would like to highlight a few staff members that went above and beyond during our stay: Secrets Pool - Daniel, Fernando, Polo, Mare, Manuel Energy Pool - Victor, Roger, Sonia, Caesar pizza! Rosewater - Jose, Luien Italian - DAVID the absolute BEST!!! Sports Bar - Roque, Enrique, Juan Miguel, Fernando Thank you all for making this birthday trip unforgettable - I'll see you again soon my friends!

  Still can’t stop talking about this trip!

  Just returned from an extraordinary vacation at Secrets Riviera Cancun. Everything from the resort, staff, pool, room, food and drinks was exceptional. We stayed in an accessible suite which was perfect for my husband in a wheelchair. It was super conveniently located close to Rosewater. My husband is gluten free and the Food Concierge Luis Hernandez was over-the-top ensuring that he didn’t eat anything he shouldn’t. We met some exceptional people along our journey that went above and beyond. Betty, Fernanda and Vivianna from the front desk/preferred area were so helpful to ensure we had the appropriate room and amenities for our stay. We can’t thank you enough for all you did for us. We appreciate you and think of you as family now. Quite a few shoutouts to everyone at Rosewater, especially Mary, the Manager who always went above and beyond. It’s always difficult to manoeuvre in a motorized wheelchair but the staff ensured we had access to appropriate locations at all times. Some of the best waiters for sure! Alberto was our favourite and so friendly and even when he wasn’t our waiter always came over to check in on us. Cheers to outstanding service by Mirabel, Fausto, Olga, Lusein, Jose and Enrique in the evening. Also, can’t remember his name but the evening Manager. Daniel, Manual and Polo at the pool work extremely hard and fast to ensure we were well taken care of. Luis in the entertainment team has an incredible personality and played the best music. Always tried to get people involved but didn’t push which was appreciated. All restaurants were amazing and the steak for one of the first times in Mexico was actually cooked to perfection making the experience much more enjoyable for sure! David at Spumante restaurant was likely the best waiter we have ever had in our 52 trips!!!! Intelligent, personable and friendly yet professional. We will definitely be back!!!

  We picked right!

  Our first visit to this wonderful resort. This was our 39th trip to a Hyatt resort and before that AM resorts. We arrived early, just before twelve and our room was ready to check in. I’m a disabled man with walking issues and use a motorized chair. We had an accessible room on the second floor. They had elevators that never stopped working. The layout Small resort, ramps up to rosewater, convenient to get around to all restaurants and poles into the pool. Another great feature for-me was that I’m gluten free and this resort was like no other There was a kind respectful man named Luis Hernandez a food concierge that I met at every restaurant that made sure my meals were gluten free. He told me that all chefs have experience in all allergies and recommend and fulfill your needs. There was gluten free pizza, gluten free French fries, crackers, chips for salsa, GF pancakes and GF French toast. The day we left Luis sent GF donuts and muffins to try (delicious). Cannot say enough about that aspect of our trip. (Incredible) Food was delicious did not have a bad one, tried all the restaurants and the cook on all steaks we had were perfect. Breakfast and lunch we had at Roewater were always served hot and great timing. Employees A great staff all the way around, everybody greets you and are easy to deal with. Rosewater Alberto,Mirabel,Fausto, Olga, Luesein, Jose, Enrique in the evening Mary, who is the captain, is a true diamond, great English and works very hard, she seated us and made sure we were out of the elements, she cares and is appreciated and is our friend. She went above and beyond to take care of our needs. David, who is new and at Spumante was truly the best waiter and can sing Entertainment Luis is the man, hi from ROBERT great at getting people involved with many fun games and wonderful music at the pool Favourite meal All were good but the edamame and Pad Thai were my favourites Daniel the pool concierge was amazing as well as Manuel waiter around the pool Some of the management deserve a shout out as well Betty a real treat to meet her, she came to say hello and goodbye during our stay and ensured we were taken care of from the very beginning. That was so nice Viviana thanks for being so kind and finding out what we were celebrating and offering us the romantic breakfast delicious with gluten free pancakes Fernanda thank you for the exceptional room and getting to know us, we were made to feel like family, she also has a caring spirit and is also appreciated. She truly made our trip an incredible memory. We had no negatives, all positive, can’t wait to return. My wife says it was spectacular and we are returning. Thank you kindly Robb

  Best Anniversary

  I would like to start by thanking Alberto, who works at Rosewater. He is the best waiter, always pleasant, helpful, and incredibly kind. What impressed me most was that he remembered us the next day and even knew our room number without any problems. I would also like to thank my housekeeper, Alicia, who did an excellent job cleaning my room every day. She always made sure I had extra towels before I even had to ask. Luis, who worked by the pool, was also fantastic. He was very attentive and did an excellent job coordinating activities around the pool area. Our favorite restaurant was the French restaurant, where I enjoyed a delicious lamb dish that was absolutely wonderful. A special thank you to Mauricio for the painting class. I truly enjoyed it, and for the first time ever, I made my own hat, which I absolutely loved. Overall, the service was amazing from everyone. Thank you all for making my one-week vacation so relaxing, enjoyable, and special. I will always remember this wonderful experience. Lissette, Massachusetts
