We stayed for six nights as Preferred Club members, and overall, our experience was outstanding. The resort is beautiful, impeccably maintained, and staffed by an incredibly attentive team. You can tell that the resort’s high reputation is well-deserved - every employee takes real pride in their work, which shows in how clean and well-kept the entire property is. Our butler, Jaime, truly went above and beyond. He took excellent care of us throughout our stay, responding promptly to every request and making us feel genuinely welcome. I’m sure all the butlers at Secrets provide great service, but we felt especially lucky to have been paired with Jaime. When it came to dining, our favorite experience was at Tierra Restaurant - the steak there was honestly one of the best we’ve ever had. The food overall was consistently great, but Tierra stood out as a highlight. We’ve stayed at a few resorts under Hyatt’s Inclusive Collection, and this one ranks among the very best. Between the stunning setting, the level of service, and the quality of the food, we’d highly recommend Secrets Tides Punta Cana to anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing getaway.

Great Time at Secrets Tides
My wife and I had an amazing time at Secrets Tides. The weather was fantastic. Resort was beautiful and clean. We stayed in a Preferred Club ocean view room, which was gorgeous. The whole staff was super friendly and helpful. Rube, our UVC rep, was great. She was very knowledgeable. Our butler, Andreina was the best. She made reservations for us and knew what we needed before we even asked. Definitely as for her if you stay in a preferred room.

Marvelous vacation - very relaxing
I'm not normally a Domincan Republic lover but this reort blew me out of the water. The staff , the beach, the cleanliness and foof were fabulous in the Preferred section. Loved the option to eat a la cart breakfast and lunch. Top shelf alcohol. And always service with a smile. Beach is walkable in either direction for quite a ways

Andreina the best of the best
Really great experience fantastic place spacious and really the best hotel to spend a relaxing enjoyable holiday .Our holiday was made extra special by our lovely lady butler Andreina who is a credit to the hotel and they are very lucky to have such an conscientious employee who goes the extra mile to make a holiday extra special.All staff were very good very professional and polite with no detail too small to make the whole holiday experience special. Andreina not only arranged a Birthday treat for my husbands 75th a cake champagne and decorated our room she arranged a sing along in the restaurant and when she found out it was also our wedding anniversary she made sure we were treated to some more surprises overall the holiday was all you want a vacation to be . Missing you already Ros and Bill
