This resort is ideal for anyone seeking relaxation and tranquility. Even at 10:00 a.m., it was easy to find seating without any stress or competition for chairs. The rooms are modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed, and the well-manicured grounds add to the peaceful ambiance. I especially loved the open-concept layout — the outdoor spa water therapy area and the open-air theater really set this place apart. If you’re someone who enjoys walking or staying active, there’s plenty of space to move around and enjoy the surroundings. The resort truly feels like a safe, quiet escape from everyday life. While the food varied—some restaurants were excellent while others were just okay—it didn’t take away from the overall experience. The staff made our stay unforgettable. Happy Boy and Tedi kept the entertainment lively and fun. Roberto welcomed us, handled our luggage, and gave us a great first tour. Manuel prepared our wok lunches daily at the Market Cafe with care. Yaina made sure our non-alcoholic drinks kept flowing by the pool, always with a smile, and Carlenise was an exceptional hostess. Francisco even took the time to capture beautiful photos for us. We typically try a new resort each year, but this might be the first one we return to. Highly recommended for a peaceful and rejuvenating getaway. Con: smoking areas to close to restaurants especially if you eat outside.

Fabulous Trip to Secrets Tides
Secrets Tides is a gorgeous resort with top tier amenities. Very spacious rooms with luxurious feel and extraordinary views! Jonathan was the most excellent at meeting my every need on my vacation! Being a preferred guest is the best way to go!

Five Star!! Excellent customer service
SECRETS TIDES PUNTA CANA!!! I can't say enough about how beautiful and fun this place is. And the best part about this place was our Butler, Jonathan!! He went out of his way to make our 22nd wedding anniversary special and romantic. He ensured we had everything daily, from chocolate-covered strawberries to chilled champagne. A beautiful resort, beautiful rooms, and they offer some semi-private swimout rooms!

Best experience
1014285294 I stayed with my family on June 2025 at the best all inclusive hotel in DR, This all-inclusive hotel is a gem for travelers. I would like to express my gratitude to all the staff from all departments, it’s difficult to name names because all are very special. Although let me highlight some, both Rosas, Maria and Banessa at the lobby bar, William housekeeper, the entertainment department and the most incredible butler Andreina, you are the best. Special shoutout to an incredible General Manager, Mauro, usually you don’t see the manager all the time around the hotel asking and caring for the guests but most importantly how beautiful his employees talk about him, this mean the caliber of a professional and a person he is. All in all 5 stars
