My experience was amazing in DR for my Sister's Birthday. The entire resort is phenomenal. The service was great. An all-adult all-inclusive resort is the best.

I have been to punta cana 4 times in the last 6 years. The first 3 were at excellence el Carmen which we loved. We reserved a honeymoon swim up ocean front preferred club room. Then this year my wife and I booked a swim out ocean front preferred room at secret tides. We loved the room and food choices were adequate. Be very careful with talking to individuals upon check in with Hyatt’s unlimited vacation club. They will state it’s not time share but it’s time share 2025 version. My rep lied to us and made my stay there un enjoyable.The staff was great and entertainment was good. I will not be staying at a Hyatt property in the near future.

Relaxing ambience
Beautiful resort with great amenities. I recommend if you are looking for a place to relax! The rooms and everything have been carefully chosen. The spa was a 10/10 experience!

We loved the resort, would recommend it as a vacation spot, but we feel as if the resort had dropped the ball regarding our Honeymoon. Food was exceptionally good and i would even say that it was better than expected. The Hibachi restaurant was our favorite, and so much so that we visited 3 times in our 7 days. Do some excursions, but do the ones that you want to do, and don't let your travel advisors convince you or persuade you into something different in order to save an unnoticeable amount of money. It's your trip, do what you want. Be weary of the beach, it's apparently lovely outside of the seaweed season, but the merchants on the beach are actively hunting for your money. Don't hold the iguana, lol. Other than that, the staff are amazing, the food is great and the place is lovely.

Great Experience – Just Know About the Drink Options
Everything was great overall! Just a heads-up—if you enjoy premium alcohol, definitely consider purchasing the Preferred Package. Without it, the alcohol options are pretty limited. Other than that, the experience was excellent.
