Secrets Tides Punta Cana – Simply Unforgettable! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Our stay at Secrets Tides Punta Cana was absolutely amazing. From start to finish, the experience was seamless and luxurious. Álvaro Hernandez went above and beyond before our arrival, helping with every detail, and transportation with Amstar was efficient and comfortable (~45 min from the airport). Upon arrival, we were greeted with refreshing towels and champagne, and Preferred Club check-in with Jennifer was effortless. Our butler Johnathan couldn’t do enough for us, communicating throughout the day, arranging special touches, and making our stay feel completely personalized. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and featured a private jacuzzi on the balcony, plus nightly turndown service that added a luxurious touch. Dining was excellent — the buffet always fresh with lots of options, and the teppanyaki at the Asian restaurant was a fun, interactive show. At the Preferred Pool, bartenders Jorddy, Juan, and Jose, and waitresses Zunilda and Coral made every day enjoyable with friendly, attentive service. The pools and beach were beautiful, and nightly shows were entertaining without disturbing the calm, adults-only atmosphere. The staff treated us like royalty, and when it was time to say goodbye, it was emotional — they truly felt like family. A heartfelt thank you to Álvaro, Johnathan, and the entire team for making this stay unforgettable. Secrets Tides Punta Cana is the perfect adults-only escape!

Incredible experience
The stay at Secret Tides was awesome . From the moment we arrived we were greeted with smiles . The rooms were spotless and it has everything you need . The grounds are beautiful , pools and beach area are amazing. I was pleasantly surprised that the food was actually good. The people there work really hard to make sure you have everything you need . At the pool ask for Luis he will help you with anything and always with a smile . I will definitily be back it was just awesome . Thank you all for an incredible experience .

Highly recommend for relaxing vacation
This resort is a top tier 5 star resort. Very nice resort with the most friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommend upgrading to the preferred club for upgraded drinks and the swim out suite. The spa is by far the best I’ve been to. The massage and hydrotherapy were well worth it! Highly recommend if you want to stay at a nice resort and get treated with the highest hospitality Stay at Secret Tides but go to breathless to party. Entertainment is lacking at Secrets but you can walk to the resort next door for a fun night.

The entertainment and food was bad. Alot of staff in restaurant and bars they weren't interested in serving me and acted like I was there and as soon as (not trying to be racist) a white guest comes up they greet them with a smile and kind words. If this was one occasion I would have looked at it as they didn't see me but this happened several times and on separate days. Wanted to go to get souvenirs off property costs us $100 for there taxi. Best part was the nice housekeeping ladies and the room service because that's were we spent most of our time.

We cannot wait to return!
What a great experience! We were fortunate to visit Secrets Tides through my husbands work event and truly hope to be able to return. The moment walking into the lobby to check in and being taken to your room being told "Welcome Home" to checking out and sincerely asking about our experience. The grounds are beautiful, well kept, and clean. The staff are friendly, welcoming, and hard working. Our room was very clean. The pools are spotless and the beach sand is amazing, so soft and clean! The restaurants varienty and food quality was great! Availability of bottle water was wonderful and we were reassured the ice and restaurant water (served in a stainless steel pitcher) was filtered.
