Fun girls trip!
A very fun girls trip and really nice hotel. Food was better than most all-inclusive and the service at the restaurants was very accommodating of our 10 person group. My biggest draw back is that you aren't RIGHT at the beach and able to go to and from on your own time. The shuttles are nice, but pick everyone up at 5pm. We would've liked to stay longer.

The nicest all-inclusive resort around!
My family went to Secrets Tulum Beach & Resort, and had the absolute best time. We were in two King Swim-Up rooms and they were by far the nicest rooms we've ever had during an all-inclusive vacation. I want to touch on all of the different aspects that make this resort so great. ROOMS: The rooms were so clean and so nice. The A/C was excellent and easy to use, and kept the room very cool. Staff cleaned the room every day if that's what you wanted, which included mopping the floors. They also refilled the fridges with whatever beverages you wanted, and even did a turn-down service in the evenings which included mints on your pillows. POOLS: All of the pools in this resort, except for the rooftop pools, have sand around them, which was a fun touch, and made it feel like you were at the beach. We also had a swim-up pool in our room, which was lovely, but because of the time of year, was pretty chilly as it was in the shade a lot. However, there are so many pools to choose from, all with nice bars and extremely comfortable beach chairs around, so you really could not go wrong with selecting a pool. BEACH: Please be aware when booking this resort, that it is NOT located on the beach. This is, in my opinion, the only downside to this resort. HOWEVER, there is a shuttle that takes you to the beach club that runs pretty much every half hour. It only takes about 15 minutes to get there, so it's really not bad. When you get to the beach club, there are plenty of seating areas and comfortable beach chairs and loungers both in the shade and in full sun. There are also some pools at the beach, which is a fun touch. There is a nice bar as well as a sit down restaurant with delicious food. The beach itself is gorgeous. White sand and clear blue water with no rocks that make it perfect for swimming. RESTAURANTS: There are many delicious restaurants to choose from for dinner. Our favorite was Bluewater Grill, which has lots of steak and grilled items, and is located outside. It is beautiful and has the best ambiance. We also really enjoyed the Italian restaurant, Portofino, which has delicious appetizers as well as pasta and pizza. We ate at both of these restaurants more than once for dinner. We also enjoyed the buffet for breakfast and lunch, but also just enjoyed ordering room service. There was not a single restaurant that we did not enjoy. Also, as someone with food allergies, they take them very seriously and are extremely accommodating, which was such a pleasant surprise. SERVICE: The service was excellent. It was by far the best we have ever received at an all-inclusive resort. We were met warm face towels and champagne upon arrival, which really set the tone for the whole trip. We also had a concierge named Edwin, who was incredible. He checked in with us every day to see what we needed or wanted, and would also send us recommendations and itineraries for the day. On more than one occasion, he sent us special desserts to our room like chocolate covered strawberries and macarons, which was such a nice surprise. We really appreciate having him around and checking in on us the whole time we were there. Overall, I would HIGHLY recommend this resort. We will definitely be back!

Very Unique All-Inclusive Experience
We stayed at Casa Zamna. It had the best of both worlds - tranquility of a boutique hotel, while retaining access to the big resort as desired. The proximity to the beach town is incredible - we went for walks everyday. The beach was gorgeous (we had no seaweed), and the food is quite good in most of the restaurants. Feedback: The rosewater has a beautiful atmosphere, but the food could be improved and less focused on fine-dining. It should be promoted as a place to also have drinks and hang out. Another piece of feedback is there should be a pool table and ping pong table in the sports bar. The shuttle: every half hour or so in the day. For dinner, you have one option, which was fine - the 7 pm bus to bring you to the main resort. The return options are 930 and 1030 pm, which is after the entertainment anyway. You can hear the music from the street very very faintly, so bring ear plugs, but certainly was not an issue to sleep through. The cleanest rooms I have ever seen. I highly recommend.

Amazing stay
From the moment we stepped into the lobby and were handed a chilled glass of champagne, we knew we’d made the right choice. Choosing an adults-only resort was the best decision we made; the entire property had a sophisticated, tranquil energy that made it easy to truly disconnect. No splashing at the pool or loud music—just pure relaxation. What truly sets this place apart is the staff. Our concierge, Miguel, anticipated needs we didn't even know we had. Whether it was securing a prime cabana by the beach or organizing a private dinner on the sand, everything was handled with a genuine smile.
