Oct 14, 2025Spend some money on the preferred secrets side with a butler. They will solve all of your problems. Service is 10/10z
My wife and I had a phenomenal time. We went here for a wedding and stayed several extra days. Jose Becerra was our butler. He helped us with everything from extra drinks delivered to the room, arranging transportation and answering visa questions. He was available by phone and was in our lobby more often than not. The rooms were 10/10. They were clean, well serviced everyday, modern and cool in temperature. Humidity in the room was not an issue. The music by the pool can be heard, but it wasn’t anything you can’t sleep through. It ended at a reasonable time. The area around the hotel was great. It wasn’t too marketed to tourists and I felt very safe leaving the property. The food was great. We didn’t have any issues and the service everywhere was over the top to make sure we felt seen and heard. This really is a steal of a price. I would come back a few times a year if I had time. I think if you stay on the preferred secrets side, you’ll avoid any issues that 95% of people may complain about. The extra money spent is well worth it. The spa is phenomenal and pretty good value. Don’t use the coupons or boom at the spa. Find the girl who does the spa bookings in the lobby. There are 3x different prices and the best one is with her. Coupons don’t do much, booking at the spa didnt take off any, but the person at the lobby desk gave us “promotions” that cut the price by 1/3. Like I said, we had a 10/10 stay. Spend some money, get the preferred side, your butler solves all your problems. Everything was clean and everyone jumps to help you with whatever you need.

Wonderful trip with friends and family. We enjoyed all the staff we encountered and felt taken care off the entire stay.
We had an amazing time at Secrets Vallarta Bay. The staff was so kind and attentive. Jose Becerra truly went above and beyond for my family. With our wedding cancelling, Jose still made sure we were taken care of and was always available for any help we needed. He truly made our trip so memorable.

Amazing resort, food is delicious!
Excellent service and food. Everyone on the resort was wonderful. Jose Becerra was a great butler and got us everything we needed. Fabiola was the best housekeeper. Jimbo made the water aerobics & cooking classes so much fun! Also shout out to Pedro who took care of us at the breakfast buffet every morning! There was a lot of waves from hurricane Priscilla and the crew had the resort cleaned up so fast!

October 2025 Wedding
We just got married at Dreams Vallarta Bay. Our wedding was amazing! I wish I could relive it every day. Everything went perfectly, and all of our guests enjoyed themselves. Our wedding planner Livier Cortes was AMAZING!! She worked with us to make our vision come true. We cannot thank her enough for everything she did for us. She went above and beyond. While we were at the resort, we stayed in preferred club on the Secrets side. Our butler Jose Becerra was outstanding during our stay. He even went out of his way to change our mattress when it was too hard for me. We had 44 guests spread out over the entire complex, and everyone really enjoyed themselves. Everyone loved the food, drinks, and amenities. The resort itself is so beautiful. We will be back for our anniversary!

Best all inclusive stay
I had such a wonderful stay! The entire experience was relaxing and full of great food, from the amazing Baja tacos at the Barefoot Grill to the lovely meals at Castaways. Everything was heart felt warm and welcoming. I want to give my deepest thanks to Daniel Olas at the gate, he truly went above and beyond every single day. His kindness, patience, and genuine willingness to help me find my way, even beyond the resort, made such a lasting impression. People like him make all the difference. Thank you Daniel, for making my stay unforgettable.
