I was assisted during my stay by three incredible people: two butlers, Adia and Devon, and a UVC representative, Trisan. Thanks to their outstanding service and professionalism, I decided to upgrade my membership from Silver to Gold Plus. I truly have no words to express my gratitude to the three of them for making my stay so enjoyable and memorable. They made a huge difference, and I highly recommend them — and this hotel — to the world.

Disappointing Room Service Experience Unfortunately, our stay at Secrets was far from the relaxing and luxurious experience we expected. The room service was horrible — we didn’t receive fresh towels or linens until the last night of our stay, despite multiple requests. Even more disturbing, the water in the sink, bathtub, and faucet had a strong sewer smell, which made basic hygiene uncomfortable and concerning. For the price and brand reputation, I expected much better. I definitely would not recommend this hotel based on our experience.

Effortless Vacation!
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Secrets Wild Orchid. From the accommodations, to the food, bar service, and the staff, everything was effortless and relaxed. We had no issues at all during our stay. One staff member stands out, Alissa, was an absolute pleasure and made our stay even sweeter.
