  High end , quiet rest and relaxation

  Overall the property was immaculately well maintained and super clean. We stayed in rm 3102 a 1 bedroom , ocean front suite on the ground floor. It gave direct access to the beach but with no real beach view. The patio area is shrouded by high shrubs so that literally on 3 inches of the beach can be seen from inside the room( so basically a small snippet of the horizon). The patio was huge and perfect for a party or get together of some sort.. maybe a little nude sunbathing but on the other hand the space is wasted .. as there is plenty of room for a hot or small wading pool. That would have been an excellent addition and made the room perfect! Typically the germaphobe in has me wiping and cleaning everything all of the time. This place… not a speck of dust or dirt to be found .. sheets super crisp and fresh. I even felt comfortable enough to walk around with no socks or shoes… a first for me. The shower is large enough for 2 .. has excellent water pressure and temperature . There was a jetted tub also but we did not use it. A double vanity with lots of light and a separate water closet both inside and another half bath outside the bathroom down the hall. The Kitchen was full/ modern incl washing machine/ dryer,dishwasher, microwave and d a nespresso machine . Beautiful beaches with turquoise water and sugary soft sand with great beach service. Ask, for Lila he will keep you supplied with food and drinks.. super friendly with an excellent memory! Downsides: no smart tvs, so you can’t stream anything, although they all have a dvd player and a crappy dvd selection at the front desk. Food is good but really pricy for what you get. I wouldn’t consider this a family resort although there is a family pool and small playground for young kiddos but outside of that there is nothing for the kids to do. The resort is quiet and low key.. with no real entertainment except for a pitchy type lounge singer at the Deck restaurant on the beach. The location is walk about. Just outside the gates are a couple of good restaurants and a few shops., cigar shop too! A gourmet grocery store and down the road just a little bit some more shops.. Overall nice property ,if you want high end quiet rest and relaxation. This just might be your spot!

  One of favorite places!

  We had the most amazing 7 night stay at Seven Stars. The resort itself is perfectly located in Grace Bay near stores, restaurants, a grocery store and the most beautiful beach we’ve ever seen. Upon arrival, we were greeted by their staff who took care of our every need and gave us a tour. The resort has a family pool, adult pool and then of course lots of chairs and umbrellas on the beach. Food and bar service is available everywhere outside without ever getting out of your lounger. The beach is pristine and clean with perfectly blue waters. The staff was 10 out of 10 in terms of their attention to detail and wanting to make sure all the guests enjoy their stay. All of the restaurants at Seven Stars were fantastic. For more options, you can get go next-door to the Ritz Carlton as well, which has several great restaurants plus a casino. You could also walk 10 to 15 minutes in either direction to many great restaurants or take a cab within 10 to 15 minutes for even more. Absolutely wonderful stay and will for sure be going back again.

  Anniversary Trip

  Turks & Caicos was on our bucket list so we used our 52nd anniversary to make the trip. And we were not disappointed. The island is beautiful, the water and beaches were perfect. And Seven Stars resort was more than promised. Our room was spacious and comfortable. Everything was clean and the cleaning and turndown staff were pleasant and did a great job. We have to throw a special recognition to our man on the beach, Lila. He was pleasant all the time and was at our service whenever we needed. Not all resorts have staff like Lila, but they should. The food was excellent at all restaurants and we even found the Husker football game on a tv at the Farm. I would definitely recommend TCI and Seven Stars resort.

  If you want a five star experience, this is it

  Located in Grace Bay Turks and Caicos seven stars is the perfect five star resort. The style is British Colombian. The rooms are kept clean and staff is very attentive. The beach access is great in service while on the beach is impeccable.

  Self Service Hotel

  I recently stayed here in Sept of 2026 recognizing that this is there low season. I should have known from the minute of check-in where I was bypassed several times by the server and I had to ask for my own welcome drink and the server looked like he was being extremely inconvenienced by doing the bare minimum of his job. Fast forward to my room which was a ocean view junior suite to which the hotel put me on the second floor that was blocked by the greenery given that it was their low season and there was plenty of rooms available this is what they chose to put us in. You may say I should have asked at the front desk but, again sadly the front desk did not want to see you at all, any basic question was an inconvenience to them it was as if you were disrupting the vacation of the entire staff at the hotel not your vacation. Additionally, any basic requests were not welcome by the staff. Let me take you to breakfast which was included was a rotation of 5-6 dishes and even if you wanted extra milk for your coffee at the table you had to get up and get it for yourself, after the second day or so they finally started to catch on that they had to service your table. Additionally if you had paid attention to detail perhaps you may have wanted to add the correct name of the food rather than just keeping what they had from the night before again, God forbid anybody works. Fast forward to the beach where I had again had to self service myself and get my own drinks. I was carrying three drinks and not one person asked if they could help me back to my chair, talk about 5 star service this is a stretch to give it even 3 stars. I added at the time of booking that this was my parents anniversary to which it was overlooked, any other hotel that I stayed at welcomed them with a small little gesture to acknowledge the celebration. Not everyone was bad there were a nice young lady at the restaurant that was nice and a beach server that was there but he was one person for a whole mile of beach. Seven Star resort is not this and I will absolutely not be coming here. The only saving grace was the beach.
