The entertainment was so fun! Luis was very personable and brought the FUN to the activity schedule, which has something for everyone. Pool side food and drinks were perfect. We relaxed but always had something to do. We will definitely come back and highly recommend ! Super fun time

First time and was great
Luis was great. He helped me with my Spanish and was a great guy. The pools were great, the lounge was a nice place for breakfast as well. Would love to bring my family back

This is a beautiful resort with amazing food and staff in all areas. The only downside was that is was definitely slow season, which was great in that we had a lot of space to ourselves, but because there were so few people they didn't have the evening buffets or nightly shows which we usually love to attend as a family. Luis from the Entertainment staff was great and went above and beyond to make sure our daughter had a good time and felt special.

Fabulous!
Excellent service! Mariana, Luis, Ernesto provide the best entertainment. They make it a point to get to know you in the time of your visit. They make you feel like a part of the family, we have been going to this hotel for over two years and every experience has been pleasant.
