    Wonderful family and friends holiday!

    We had an incredible stay at the Sheraton Villas – made even better by the wonderful staff who welcomed and looked after us every step of the way. Special thanks to Betsy, Smita, Diana, Lor, Nimi, James, and Mes – your warmth and hospitality made all the difference. Breakfast at 619 quickly became a highlight each morning, and the farewell song on our last day was such a special touch. Aqua aerobics became part of our daily routine, and we loved relaxing by the lagoon and family pool, and in the afternoons at the infinity pool and the “two bridges” pool. We also enjoyed the resort activities like the Kokoda cooking class, coffee tasting, Farm to Fork, and the nightly fire show – all of which added to the experience. We left feeling rested, happy, and full of great memories. Can’t wait to return! Our only small comment would be regarding the mattress in our villa, which felt a bit worn out was a bit worn out. The team made every effort to assist, which we really appreciated, though it may be worth considering replacing some mattresses in the future.

    Tremendous Customer Service, Giant Rooms, brilliant Breakfast

    Welcomed early on a Monday morning and they quickly accommodated my early check-in. Naomi at the front desk was amazing and the breakfast buffet was extraordinary in its selection. The room at the villas was amazing with three TVs, two bedrooms, and a well stocked kitchen and living room. Staff were attentive to our every need and we had a great stay. Convenient walk or taxi ride to the Port Denarau Shopping Area.

    AMAZING!!!!

    My family and I have just finished up a 6 night stay here on our very first trip to Fiji and we could not fault this place! Amazing facilities, rooms, food, kids activities and the staff are amazing- they went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed and wanted and they were amazing with the kids. We will definitely be staying here again!

    Truly beautiful with amazing staff.

    Absolutely amazing from turning up to leaving, nothing was too much for all the amazing staff from Josefa Concierge. Sikeli Tatavu restaurant was an amazing human,who made our daughter feel like a princess. Fozia & Kasaya, Island six one nine restaurant for there great hospitality.And all the staff at kids club,who looked after,played,created.The Sheraton is a credit to all who work there, the food, ambience, cleanliness, dedication is a credit to you all, it was sad to leave, and you made Fiji very special.
