Paradise Experience
An excellent resort . I travel quite often and wouldn’t change Sheraton for anything in Fiji . The facilities are next to none . Whether you want to shoot a round of golf or just do a day trip to the outer islands , it’s easily accessible A stand out was Mereani ( hostess ) at the catering whose Fijian smile left you mesmerised. Always good to see a friendly and familiar face on my frequent visits. Overall, Sheraton is the place to be , whether it’s a business trip or just a family vacation - Shane Madhwan .

Small mistake made REALLY GOOD congratulations
Golf club bar and bistro for dinner with our family. When the waiter asked how the meal was and we said average, she apologised. BUT it got better the manager and chef came out, listened to our story and could not have done more to make up for the poor quality Nacos. This is how you build a great business. WELL done manager and chef. BTW the pizzas are excellent.

It was First Class - please don't change xx
This place is magic. We have travelled and stayed here twice over the years and yes, my review is from a number of years ago - it has not changed in quality of experience in service and environment all through these years. The Sheraton is a premiere property, aged but in a good way. Solid foundations and consistent service provided by team members that have been there for many years - you can't go wrong with getting the service you expect in a true 5-star property. The only issue we had was the water in the shower was slow, a visit from the maintenance chap and all was repaired. The onsite Spa is lovely and as is the Jewellery store where I had my engagement ring purchased from :-). The housekeeping and dry - cleaning services are on point, as were the concierge, reception and Chefs in the restaurant. This was a true 5 Star experience, from service, to grounds, to environment. All elements we seek when staying at a luxury property. Additionally, the golf course is world class, and the golf range too. You may even see and do a few rounds with someone like Vijay Singh! I hope this place, stays this way.

Paradise awaits!
My daughter Emma and I recently visited the Sheraton Fiji resort and had an absolutely amazing week! All of our expectations were exceeded with a beach front access room where we were so close to the beach, restaurants and an adults only pool area. All of the staff are friendly and helpful with a special shout to Ani the manager and Liti who helped us in many different ways. The buffet breakfast had so many options and you certainly didn't need lunch. The Wet Edge had great food and reasonably priced, a swim up bar and infinity pool. Free buggy rides are available to take you all around the resort, particularly helpful if you can't walk too far. Asif was super friendly! We can't wait to go back! Beautiful weather and people.

Good overall, the breakfast buffet a highlight.
We very much enjoyed our experience at the Sheraton Fiji Golf Resort and Beach Resort. We stayed during the first week of the April ACT school holidays - a family of 4 with children 14 and 8. Our room was lovely and spacious. The furnishings were of a high standard. The nespresso machine was great. There was no fan in the bathroom, so condensation was a minor issue. Housekeeping, while completed to a high standard, was a little hit-and-miss. Frustrating when we got back to our room late afternoon to find it had not been serviced, particularly when our kids wanted to have a shower and relax. There was only one bedside table between the two queen beds. The pools are all very shallow. Great for our 8 year old, but so not good for our 14 year old. Breakfast was a highlight. The buffet was superb and had an amazing array of choice. We also took advantage of one of the themed dinner nights - the curry night. It was superb.
