Our family had such a great time at the Sheraton Coconut Grove. Great value in a great beachfront. Kapaa has a ton of walkable bars and restaurants and is centrally located between Poipu and Hanalei. The staff provides a welcoming Aloha vibe. We will be back!

We visited this hotel six times in 2024 and four times already in 2025. We like the location and the friendliness of the servers, hostesses, bartenders, and housekeepers. Unfortunately, our experience with the front desk personnel during our most recent visit (July 2025) did not meet the usual standard of this hotel. Other than Cedric, who has always been consistently polite and knowledgeable, the others were rude and unhelpful. It is poor business in the hospitality industry to mistreat those who are loyal to your facility. What's happening? New management?

Kapaa Family fun Resort
This resort is very nice. Rooms are very large and have a mini frig but no microwave. Ice station on floor and fill stations everywhere. Staff was excellent and know how to treat a guest to make them feel special. Thank you. I have a 5 because the staff and resort. However the bed was very uncomfortable. Might be because they are old? Views are amazing. The walk in front is great. Starbucks right in lobby. Bikes to borrow. Very family friendly resort and pool. I was very happy with hospitality and resort. Thank you. I will stay here again. Maybe beds will be upgraded by my next visit. Until then Aloha

This is a fun hotel for families looking to enjoy Kauai. The pool is not too deep and there is a wading pool for babies. There are several restaurant options and several activities during the day like ukulele lessons. The rooms are big, the bathrooms are a little tight but the shower is nice. This is not a high end hotel- but good midrange hotel.

Good hotel.
Comfy beds, staff where awesome and the pool was so nice. The beach view was really pretty. The beach was super rocky so we didn’t even swim the whole trip, we had to drive to find another place.
