  Disappointed

  Fourth floor pool was a highlight. Was not a fan of the 40-minute restaurant ordering wait time, nor the imposed $35/day meal charge (It does not cover much). There is also zero lounge space for travelers waiting for their room or transportation. There are just a few tables with chairs. I actually had a guard kick me out of a second floor corner, as I awaited my middle of the night Uber. I had stayed in the hotel four nights while attending a conference. I went downstairs to a women's restroom, to take a break in a stall. Another guard actually entered the women's restroom and began vigorously knocking on the stall door, and told me I had to leave. Reprehensible behavior on their part. To top it off, this guard was very pregnant. Where is your decency in providing basic customer service? Our non-profit family advocacy organization paid top dollar for spotty and shabby service.

  Very Good Hotel and Centrally Located

  This hotel is centrally located in the T-Mobile Center near Condado Area. You can go walking to restaurants and areas of entertainment of the center. The room was beautiful and comfortable with beautiful sight of the Center's Fountain. The restaurant offer only a buffet breakfast, $38/person plus tax, and a menu; the service as a whole was excellent. They have excellent WiFi signal. You have to pay for the parking.

  Sheraton Puerto Rico /definitely worth doing

  Celebrated our 10 year anniversary with 4 day 3 night trip to San Juan. The hotel was very nice .The resort fee was a bit steep, adding $276.00 to the bill after the 100$ food credit was deducted but we did know that going in ,it wasn't a surprise. The facility was ,well kept, and the staff was very courteous and helpful. We utilized the pool bar Bay ,as well as Choices for breakfast and we had dinner at Mouto/Ocean lounge one night. The food was good ,prices were probably on par with current northeast pricing a little higher but fine for a vacation destination ,Drinks were a different story with a couple of moderate cocktails running close to 30$ .However again the service was on point . The hotel itself was clean and modern .Our room was on the a view of the surrounding city ,but still were up high enough that we had a good look out into the country side .The amenities in the room were standard fare -but all working , Microwave was on the 4th floor in the ice room but clean and working. The area around the hotel T Mobile District is lively at night ,with families and young people making up the major demo graphics .If you like Vegas -you'll like this .Various types of restaurants from Tapas bars to a full steakhouse can be found inside the district . Out side of that -you'll need an Uber to get to any other local attractions .The location is a short Uber ride from Old San Juan ,Bacardi Distillery Condado ,Carolina or any local San Juan attractions . totally worth it and no insects !!! ( I read too many reviews with scary stories about bugs in the rooms at other Hotels in the area. I can safely say I saw not such issues at the Sheraton )

  Easy check in process! Great location, offers shuttle service to Old San Juan and the beach! Friendly staff very helpful! Infinity pool on 4th floor, great breakfast restaurant and additional activities within walking distance

  Outstanding Service

  Outstanding Service by Luis – Thank You! I stayed at the hotel from August 5 to August 10, 2025, and from the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by a very kind and professional young man named Luis at the front desk. He was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and made a great first impression. Unfortunately, during my stay, I misplaced an important legal document. Over the next few days, I asked several departments for assistance—security, casino staff, housekeeping, and pool attendants—but no one was able to locate the item or seemed to put much effort into helping. On the day of my checkout, August 10, I saw Luis at the front desk and decided to ask him. Without hesitation, he took immediate initiative, made several phone calls, and didn’t stop until he successfully located my lost document. His professionalism, determination, and genuine willingness to help truly went above and beyond. Luis turned what could have been a very stressful experience into a positive one, and I’m incredibly grateful for his outstanding service. He is a true asset to your team!
