Adrion was one of the best bartenders I’ve come across I years. He is attentive. He is knowledgeable. And, he listens to what you are looking for in a drink and makes it. He’s a hard worker and fast. He truly made my stay memorable. And, he made me feel special.

Our Wedding Stay
I wanted to share our experience, we had our Wedding at your hotel May 17th and stay for an entire week. My first encounter was with Bill the best concierge ever. Friendly, informative, and kind. Your outside bar staff Nate, Sasha treated us and our guests like gold the entire week. Jada in the gift shop was a delight as well. It’s hard these days to find good employees and keep them. Your staff was professional, attentive, and generous with their time. Please extend our gratitude to them as our guests also mentioned how phenomenal they were as well. Mainstay Stay!
The Restaurant Mainstay is amazing The staff goes out of the way to pleae , Ryan ran for every request with a smile and great dinner suggestions . Our first night at Sheridan Sand Key is a wonderful start to our vacation. Comfortable environment.😀😀😀😀😀

May 23, 2025Long 7 days in a family-friendly resort
Husband on a conference, me, the wife, tagged along. While he was working, all I had to do was enjoy the resort amenities. My favorite spot was poolside enjoying the sun. The pool towels were always available and very clean and smelling clean. The treadmill was nice. I had the housekeeping every day, and the lady was super nice, I was sorry I didn't get her name. A couple of things I didn't enjoy were the hard water in the room bathroom and the Mainstay restaurant.

May 13, 2025Poor end to our stay at you hotel .
We were very happy with our room but we were a little dissapointed with the small pool area and no pool side cafe .Thankgoodness for the shop that sold lovely sandwiches and salads ! My main complaint is that after checking out at 11am and spending the day on the beach / pool area we were told there was no day use room for us to shower and freshen up before our night flight back to London UK and told to change in the public restroom .In my years of traveling the world ,this is the first time I have ever experienced this .Not pleasant!!! .
