Poppins is a Japan-based company providing daycare services for children up to 12 years of age. Daily activities are scheduled but may change depending on weather or the size of the group. The Helumoa Playground features two fresh water swimming pools, a 15-foot high by 70-foot long water slide, a staging area for outdoor functions, two large whirlpools with sweeping views of Waikiki Beach, an interactive fountain area for kids, fun and creative food and beverage, chaise water sunning benches, and a pool hut where guests may borrow towels and purchase pool goods including sun products, inflatable floatation devices and toys.
In addition, we invite you to relax at the Edge of Waikiki, Sheraton Waikiki's new Infinity pool which seems to stretch endlessly. Resort guests 16 years and older will enjoy the illusion extended all the way to the horizon with magnificent views of Diamond Head and Waikiki Beach.

Trina at the elite gift shop is a perfect fit! She embodies true aloha and hospitality. As a Titanium Elite, I typically get “recognized” to hit quota but her genuine personality is unmatched.

Excellent location. Plenty of places to eat and shop close by. Very good staff (Hawaiians are uber friendly). Thank you Sonny at the adult pool and Ikuko at the concierge desk. Room was sufficient but could use more storage space (pack light) and luxe balcony furniture. Bring waterproof/sandproof mat and folding backpack chairs for the beach (2 chairs and an umbrella cost $100 per day to rent). Wish they had an Italian restaurant or a pizza parlor that served calzones, rice balls, personal pan pizza. Use uber, Honolulu traffic is dense and drives up taxi prices. We plan to return.

Great place to stay!
I tagged along with my husband for a conference. We had a fabulous stay at the Sheraton Waikiki. So many amenities, beautiful grounds and outstanding customer service. Special shout out to our housekeeper, Roger, who left us hand written notes, towels folded like swans decorated with beautiful Hawaiian flowers. Highly recommend this hotel if you are planning a trip to Oahu.

Fantastic hotel and stay
What a fantastic hotel, but expensive! Stayed eight nights right in the heart of Waikiki. The adults only pool was the best. Special mention to Siana, she was the best, looked after us with food and drinks, was super nice and lovely. Rooms say they are upgraded but our bathtub/shower had a crack in it, carpets were worn and dirty looking too. The area for the basin is very small and space is limited. Location was spot on, surrounded by restaurants and coffee places. I will be going back, one small issue with stay - I was treated a little like a criminal when my credit card declined (I had to block it as it was compromised). I thought the hotel would only charge our room charges at the end of the stay but they charge your card daily and it declined, I got a phone call which I couldn’t take and then got a letter shoved under the door literally 1/2 hour later saying if I don’t sort out my credit card I would have to make alternative accommodation arrangements. That was quite distressing, the lady at the front desk was quite rude about it and I had to speak to the manager as she couldn’t explain why they charge my credit card daily? To be honest the manager couldn’t explain that either but I was made to feel like i was doing something dishonest. By the way my accommodation was paid in full before we got there and upon arriving I was told that I had to pay my resort fees up front as they sometimes have difficulty with credit cards??? That tells me they have problems with people not paying their bills 🤷♀️ anyway despite that we had a great time there. The pool staff and housekeeping were super nice. I look forward to going back
