    Smoke and Mirrors!!!

    WARNING DO NOT STAY HERE! Just returned from this disappointing experience. Stayed in a $3,000+ corner, ocean view suite with full kitchen and family room. Dirty upon arrival, deck flooring slippery and dirty, daily room cleaning sub par at best. Bedroom had no ceiling fan and was HOT, engineer came twice and nothing was ever adjusted. First morning went to the library to get a cup of coffee. ($25 total without tip) Greeted by rude attendants. Overheard them being rude to other guests! Our jaws were hanging open! The staff here acts like they’re doing you a favor waiting on you! And we are not high maintenance people! Reserved a Pickleball court, upon arrival attendant in the pro shop was extremely rude, not helpful, he said towels were still in the dryer at 10am, and water dispenser was broken and unavailable . Unreal? Cost of paddles and court rental over $100. Breakfast the next day, two meals no drinks water only, over $100 😳 Both dishes sent back the eggs were made in bulk and cold! Tried room service one time! Meals took over an hour to arrive and were cold as well and they were out of items! No avocado on the “avocado salad” how does that work? Every attendant was begging for tips. Always mentioned “don’t forget to place a tip”! (and every receipt has a service fee on it) They must not be paying their employees well because it showed! This place is smoke and mirrors! Do not waist your money! Extremely expensive and not worth it! The entire staff needs a pep talk!

    Disappointed

    For being the number 2 resort in Nassau, 5 star hotel and pricey, we were very disappointed. The rooms are nice, but the service was horrible. Not a friendly staff, not helpful and seemed to avoid daily room service. No body lotion on the bathroom, shampoo was cheep and you had to use 15 pumps of soap to get it to lather. Staff does not seem happy and very inconvenienced when requesting pretty much anything . Not even close to a 5 star hotel...we will never revisit...and either will the other 25 couples...

    Amazing Time at the Rosewood

    Shaniqua at the front desk is incredible and always goes above and beyond. She took care of everything and anything that we needed with a smile and her bubbly personality! My husband and I came here for our Honeymoon and needless to say we will most certainly be coming back!

    Rosewood Baha Mar Bliss

    Service is amazing at the Rosewood Baha Mar.. starting with the warm, joyful and accommodating front desk manager, Shenaqua, to the butlers who not only make your restaurant and activities reservations, as well as check in with you during the day and come to visit wherever you are dining… just to make sure everything is good. The pool and beach attendants are also amazing. We return here time and time again because they all treat us so well. The vibe at the rosewood is so elevated and elegant… food at all the rosewood restaurants delicious! Highly recommend.

    Excellent Staff

    My time at Rosewood was Excellent! Our suite was beautiful and the check in agent he was great I can’t remember his name but he was short and bright. The waiter by the rosewood pools SIDNEY boy we was AMAZINGGGG because of him I will definitely book a cabana again! When staying at Rosewood always ask for Sidney also everything he recommended off of the menu was great.
