We had an amazing one-week stay at Sunscape Cancun as a couple. From start to finish, the experience was fantastic. The activities were outstanding pool volleyball, beach volleyball, and fun games that truly had something for all ages. The entertainment at night was great, especially the magic show, which was amazing. The drinks were very good, with excellent espresso martinis and Aperol spritzes. Our room was comfortable and well kept, and the beach was absolutely beautiful. Dinner options were very good, and the service throughout the resort was outstanding. A special shout out to the lifeguards, who were attentive and did an incredible job keeping swimmers safe. Overall, an amazing resort with great energy, service, and fun. We would absolutely return.

Great experience
Very friendly staff all around the resort Special thank you for the entertainment team led by sandy and her team Also big thank you to Louis in the main bar who looked after us every evening. And great cocktail from the pool bar bartender la revolution cocktail deserve a award winning Thank you to our housekeeper Virginia to have keep our room tidy Special thank you to Guillermo head sommelier to have giving us a great presentation on tequila Lastly big thank you to the culinary team for the great food from the chefs and the service Sunday paella was delicious

Exceeded out expectations - family vacation
My husband and I took our three kids (9,7,6) and we were both pleasantly surprised by how much we enjoyed the resort. We didn’t know what to expect because the reviews were all over the place, but we would absolutely go back. It was all of the things you want but also things you don’t realize are really nice to haves. FOOD: The food was really good. They have a 24 hour coffee bar with sandwiches and snacks which turned out tho be very helpful when we arrived super late and we are also early risers so we were up well before breakfast. The restaurant hours were great so you didn’t feel like you were waiting forever to eat again - kids just never stop eating. The buffets closed from 11-12 and 5-6. We tried a restaurant but the buffet was more our speed with kids for the selection and just being able to rat when we are ready versus having to wait a long time. ROOM: The room was perfect for us - we had a king bed and bunk beds. There was a ceiling fan which not all resorts have and a hammock on the patio. Housekeeping was on top of it and always restocked and cleaned our room. We never had to call for more beverages. RESORT/POOL: The size of the resort was nice because it wasn’t massive. At first I was not sure if I would like only having the one main pool but it worked out fine. The only downside is that they don’t have a hot tub for use unless you are using the spa services. KIDS: the candy shop and water slides were a huge hit, the hot dog/burger/nacho stand for lunch was perfect for them. They also liked playing ping pong and cot hole by the pool. We would absolutely go back to Sunscape

Sunscape Cancún: A Week to Remember
We loved ever moment of our beach getaway. The good - amazing! The activities - fun and attainable, something for everyone. The staff - so kind and helpful. The evening shows- enjoyable. The room accommodations could use some updates. The overall experience was 4.5 stars.
