    Restaurant Experience

    The hotel was perfect, loved the beach & pools. The restaurants were great. Especially the Italian Restaurant. Raul & Filberto were awesome waiters. We will for sure miss them!

    Sunscape First Timer

    Tried Sunscape for the first time, and had the best time! The food, entertainment, atmosphere, and staff were all top notch! I cannot wait to go back!

    I do not recommend it

    I do not recommend it! The hotel qualifies itself as a five-star hotel, but in reality it can only be awarded a maximum of 3! There are only 2 swimming pools, one for children and one for adults. Both are small (don't believe the photos). There is no cooling in the lobby and it is always stuffy and hot. Also, next year the hotel turns 40 years old and it is in deplorable condition! There is a moldy smell everywhere, water leaks when it rains. All the rooms require immediate repairs. The food is meager and generally tasteless. There are no tablecloths on the tables in the buffet, cutlery is just lying on the table. The chairs are rusty and wobbly. The service staff is generally very friendly, the rooms are clean. There are no robes and slippers in the rooms. There is insufficient space for luggage in the room - only two shelves. The air conditioning works well but is very loud, you need to take earplugs or drink alcohol to fall asleep. The hotel does not provide transportation to the airport. The bifurcations in the evening hours are poorly organized, there are not enough chairs in the lobby. If you don't take your suitcases with you when you check in, you'll have to wait a long time for them and there's a risk of not getting them at all :)

    My experience was amazing. From the service desk to the massage itself. I felt very comfortable the entire. Honestly the best massage experience i ever had. Would definitely recommend
