  A good experience and a safe space for my first solo trip !

  The staff was really good at the animation. Bombon Sky Chocolate and Wifi are really into it. It was my first solo vacation and I was really enjoying the experience. They made me comfortable and took care of everything. I recommended it ! For family, couple and solo’s.

  Three star Resort

  This place is extremely over rated resort don't believe you tubers this place is very old looking. The waiting in line for food and quality of food is beyond bad this resort is over crowded .I had the luck of being placed in a room full of mosquitos and being in a room in which was next to loud music till early morning equals bad sleeping this is a 3 star resort and can't believe anyone who rates it higher, so spend a little more and avoid this place unless you have a ton of bug spray.

  Great place, great time

  We were a big group of couples from Church we all had a great time, our bedrooms were amazing, big, comfortable and with everything we needed, including a jacuzzi. We also had a experience at the spa and was so awesome. The only thing they have to work is the buffet, food was most likely good but they didn't have that variety.

  Beautiful older resort, staff make the difference! If you like to find faults everywhere, this is not the place for you

  Excellent resort and great value for the money. Do not expect 5 start if you don’t pay 5 star prices! But if you enjoy value for the money, this is your place. This was a last minute trip, a few days before arrival and It was a great decision. The food in the buffet is bland but the table restaurants are good. Learn to navigate the app and you can book reservations, as long as you don’t wait until last minute. Specials dinners are not outrageous pricey and are great. Lobster dinner for $45 can’t beat it! (2025 price) see Jose Manuel. He will take care of you. Estefanie, Yurkeye and Mariana will take care of you at the Sunscape Club bar / pool. The beach area had brown water due to the sargassum. There is nothing the resort can do to prevent this since this washes off nonstop 8 to 10 months of the year. They do manage whatever washes on the beach every morning is collected and disposed of. Bottom line if you looking to have a good vacation and save money along the way. This is your place. If you are picky, move on…. Let the people who appreciate a good value enjoy this wonderful hidden Gem.

  Worst experience ever. If you’re Canadian save your time .

  This was by far the worst resort experience I’ve ever had. From the moment we arrived, things went downhill. The food situation was terrible — most of the time you couldn’t even find a place to eat, and when you did, the quality was so poor it was hardly edible. For a place that advertises itself as all-inclusive, it felt like food was almost nonexistent. On top of that, the rooms were a complete nightmare. We had to change our room three separate times because of plumbing issues — toilets not working, water not running properly, and an overall lack of maintenance. Instead of enjoying a vacation, we spent our time packing, unpacking, and waiting for a room that wouldn’t break down. The worst part of it all was the management. When we finally complained about everything we were going through, instead of trying to help or make things right, the manager actually told us to ‘watch out.’ It felt threatening and completely unprofessional. No guest should ever feel unsafe or intimidated when raising valid concerns. I would strongly advise anyone considering this resort to think twice. Between the lack of food, the horrible room conditions, and the threatening attitude from management, this place ruined what should have been a relaxing vacation. Spend your money elsewhere.”
