  Very Bad

  my son was served alcohol at age 16. No wristbands no control. He looks a bit older so I tested it and asked him to go get a drink for me and sure enough they gave him even a little more extra

  Not Good

  I was highly disappointed with this hotel. To start, the check in process took close to 2 hours. The pool is run down and needs to be repainted. The room needs upgrades and the toilet wouldn't flush the toilet paper. The bedroom door kept getting stuck and was difficult to lock. The line to the buffet was extremely long and there was not enough variety and food selections. I do not recommend this hotel.

  So many better places , stay away from sunscape coco

  Attitude at front desk unless you speak Spanish, rooms not ready at 3:00,good luck getting dirty towels replaced , they pickup but don't replace. ,t.v. only had Spanish channels , every door swelled which require slamming doors all night , needed security to have neighbors music turned down at 4 a.m., beach and water full of seaweed, pool chairs reserved early with towels, drinks weak watered down , 2 buffets with subpar options , advertised 14 resteraunts meant 2 buffets and already booked up, dress up, PA and extra cost resteraunts. Website not working, requests go unanswered , tropical view meant looking at back of non used resteraunt. Every nasty meal at buffets impossible to get a drink refill , especially coffee half cups . Luckily was able to fill up on rolls. Unfriendly workers from top down . So many better resorts to visit , this place ruined our vacation . Stay away !!

  Amazing entertainment

  This resort was absolutely beautiful All workers were professional and very polite. The beach that have seaweed but that's not the resort's fault can't control mother nature, the food was pretty decent after I figured out how to navigate the app I was able to book two reservations . As far as the entertainment they were exceptional bonbon, chocolate, el baby, golden boy, peluche , Wilson (shupie) you guys rock I have been to many resorts this entertainment team is by far the best They get everybody involved and interacted with guests. I can't say enough about our experience at this resort well worth your trip. Thank you sunscape Coco for a memorable vacation ❤️

  Female solo travellers stay away!

  I would not recommend this resort to any solo female traveller. I frequently travel solo but the experience I had in this resort was the worst I had. I travelled on my own from Ireland for 5 days and from when I arrived to when I left I didnt feel at all safe. When checking in with the bell boy he checked my name and made the comment "oh you're alone" in a monotone manner. I was frequently stared at by hotel staff around the resort which made me feel very uncomfortable. The worse of my experience happened on a Wednesday afternoon at 1:15pm when I was sitting quietly in my room when someone opened the door and closed it. I went to the door to see a man working in the resort walk away from my room. My thought is he was checking to see if his key card opened my door to potentially return later. It does not bare to think about what his intentions were. Ive never stayed someone where someone let themselves into my room unannounced and unwelcomed. I was terrified and could not sleep at for my last 2 nights there. Please stay away if you are a solo female traveller.
