Jul 30, 2025Nightmare at Atlantis, we were at Atlantis we were
this was the biggest nightmare we’ve ever had in 20 years. We travel to this place. First, we did not get the ocean view as they had promised and we paid double for an ocean view. When we asked them, they said that they ran out of rooms. furthermore, for three days we did not have hot water to take a shower. They keep sending someone to fix it, but it never fixed. Finally, they started doing construction above our room every day. When I called and I complained, they said that this is normal construction and that it will go off between hours of 10 AM at 5 PM. When I asked them why they did not notify us or if they can move us, they said that there is no rooms available to move us to another location

UNACCETABLE, for The Cove since it is more upscale than the other properties. My room was 15808 and the other room 4812.
The Cove was mediocre and was expecting a higher level of service since we had stayed in Reef before. Lots of problems from beginning to end

Amazing experience at The Cove (KÒ SÀ-WÃN) – thanks to Tarnisha❤️! We had the most wonderful evening at The Cove (KÒ SÀ-WÃN), and that is largely due to the amazing service we received from Tarnisha. She is without a doubt one of the sweetest and most warm-hearted people we have ever been served by. Tarnisha greeted us with a big and genuine smile, and her presence and kindness made the whole experience extra special. She was lightning fast, super attentive and really welcoming – always with warmth in her voice and a twinkle in her eye. You could tell that she loves her job and really wants her guests to feel welcome and comfortable. We felt seen and taken care of from start to finish. Tarnisha is an amazing person, and she made our visit something very special. We really hope she gets the praise and recognition she deserves – because she is something very special. Thank you for an unforgettable experience, Tarnisha❤️ – we will definitely be back! 💛

Birthday celebration week.
We stayed at the Cove on the 21st floor in an as your suite. There was complementary food of high-quality from 7 AM until 9 PM. The views and the beaches are amazing and the water is crystal clear. I feel so blessed every time I walk on the beach.
