Oct 15, 2026Phenomenal except for Lapis Lounge
Pros: Service. Went 8 years ago and the Service was horrendous! Went this time expecting the same, but was so pleasantly surprised at the great service from the staff at check in, bell hops, lifeguards, pool service staff, dolphin trainers, it was such a pleasant change! Pools, water slides, and aquariums were a HUGE hit with my kids (4 and 6). Will be back to do this again when my 4 yr old is tall enough for the slides. Cons: Lapis lounge. I'm a single mom with two young kids and travel with my parents to help me. I always book a lounge room because it's easier for the kids in the morning to go grab breakfast or a snack midday. However, the Lapis lounge is 12 and older but that is NOT advertised. Was shocked when we showed up and told my kids were not allowed inside the lounge. Second, the lounge would not allow me to take any plates, bowls, or glasses with me back to the room. They also didn't have any to go supplies other than paper cups and napkins. So I'd have to go every morning and get paper cups full of cereal and eggs and stuff napkins with anything else we wanted. It was embarrassing. I paid a lot of money for that lounge access and should have been allowed to take plates and bowls with me back to the room. Third, I have young kids and could not always get out to go get the food. I'd send my mom to grab me coffee and the way the two men who worked the front door treated her was absolutely unacceptable. They were rude and insulting. Also, the lounge was empty 99% of the time I went there and the staff would just stand there and stare at me and tell me everything I was not allowed to do. Have never been treated like this in a lounge at a Ritz. It was uncomfortable and I will not purchase one of these rooms again. One bright spot in the lounge was the female who worked the front desk on 2 occasions. She was so nice and kind.

Hidden Gem in Atlantis
Beautiful property. Just be warned that they are renovating which they gave full disclosure when I reserved. This place is truly a hidden gem and the staff are exceptional and welcoming. Thank you Paul at butler services, Elkey and Kaylee at the Crescent Lounge you guys are first class!!

Fantastic family getaway
Excellent service, friendly staff, VIP service. My 8 years old boy was in love with it. Outstanding experience for everyone.
