May 21, 2025First of I haven’t Gotten to Stay Here So Far , but I Got to Come Here on a Shore Excursion with Canard Cruise Line
First of didn’t get to stay here so far , but I got come here on a shore excursion with Canard Cruise 🚢 Line . Second they have a nice 👍 beach 🏖️. Third they have a nice swimming 🏊♀️ pool 🏊♀️ with bridges 🌉. Fourth the people who work here are very nice 😊. Lastly, I could come back here in a heartbeat 💗. .

Loved staying at the Hamilton, in April 2024 we stayed at the Hamilton we were travelling to get married and stayed here as a large group we had 7 of their condos booked, the location, the staff the restaurant and the condos themselves all fantastic will definitely be returning in the future! Beautiful Island
Really lovely clean self contained apartments, with 1 large bedroom and 2 bathrooms. Everything you needed was in the apartment, having the beach right on your doorstep was another bonus. We found the staff helpful and friendly. The restaurant Yachtsman grill is on the complex and they serve great food, the staff are happy and smiling. There is also within a short walking distance the excellent barefoot beach bar which served excellent food, the Indian summer restaurant which does good food. The best restaurant on the island with breathtaking views would be Drift restaurant, it was stunning, the food was amazing and the staff were brilliant. We used the island buss which was easy to get to places on - no timetable but you didn’t need to wait long, but also the taxis were widely available, we had sugar mills, Tyson and Ting Ting as our guides - such fun! We did try and get to the hot springs but due to bad weather it was closed, but a tip is not to book via a third party company as this turns out expensive, turn up and pay at the gate. We got to Nevis by Blue water travel a reliable company who looked after us well. Sip your drink very quickly as it’s a 7 minute ride from St Kitts to Nevis. Stunning lovely Island.

Perfect Stay
I recently stayed at these villas. The room, location and views were absolutely amazing. It was my first stay here after several prior stays at Nisbett and Four Seasons. This location was very convenient for all my activities both business and personal. The beach was great, as was the Yachtsman food and staff. I want to give particular recognition to Morris at the Yachtsman and to Tamika in the office. Tamika took special efforts to be sure we were situated in the villa. Thanks to all.

Apr 18, 2025Extremely Disappointing Experience with the Owner's Behavior
We recently stayed at Hamilton Villa in Igatpuri, and while the property itself may seem fine, our overall experience was completely ruined due to the extremely unprofessional and rude behavior of the owner. We had a very genuine concern about the breakfast served — the pav was clearly stale, the poha was tasteless and without salt, and the overall quality was poor. Instead of accepting the feedback and trying to improve, the owner took it personally and completely stopped all food service. No tea, coffee, or even basic milk was provided, despite our repeated polite requests — and this was with kids and even a pregnant lady in our group! What was most disappointing is that the villa is located in a fairly secluded area with limited food options nearby, which made the situation even worse. His instructions to the staff were clear: don’t serve anything further. It was shocking and extremely insensitive. Would not recommend staying here if you expect even basic hospitality or if you’re traveling with family. The owner's attitude made what should have been a relaxing getaway a very stressful experience.
