Wow how good are the staff at this hotel! From start to finish we were made so welcome, special mention to Tia and Chamani at the front desk they treated us like family. Nothing was a problem and although they are trainee’s Hilton you need to keep hold of these guys. Now there’s somebody else I need to mention John, he’s a great guy and welcomes everyone, very funny and also a real asset to the hotel. I’d also like to make a special mention for Troy, he works tirelessly behind the bar making superb cocktails and the best rum punch. Not only is he a good bar person, he is also a fantastic guy and made us feel very welcome during our stay. We are a family of 4, myself and my wife and two young ladies (16 & 20yrs) The hotel is fabulous, the rooms are cleaned every day. In fact they didn’t stop cleaning the hotel while we were there. Staff with dusters sliding down the handrails keeping them spotless, pool, bar and the gym facilities clean & excellent. Location, location, location What an amazing base, everything is within walking distance, but if you prefer the hotel has a bus and they can drop you off anywhere and also arrange pickup. We used them for the Naked Chef restaurant (amazing) and also the jump up party. (Fantastic) We also had a hire car to explore the south but boats travel from the marina on the doorstep to these destinations.

Fantastic stay… accommodation were great
Beautiful people and service was fantastic I would recommend a visit. Are server Liz was very nice and attentive to are needs. The pool staff was great The at the Harbor view bakery was great. Especially the carrot cake. I would love another holiday visit

Great service
Our Waiter Kelvin was great. He Was very helpful on our first day of the trip to st. Lucia. Pizza and beer was very good. Gave us all the details of the hotel dining options,etc. also introduced us to the house cats curry and ginger.,..........

Great family lunch.
We had lunch at Julia’s for my niece 2nd birthday, Kermerlyn was great!! My family wanted items from the Julia’s menu but I wanted to try the steak and eggs board from the seventh Heaven Bakery, she went above and beyond to facilitate my request. She was warm and attentive. We will definitely come again.

Experience with Kermerlyn at Julia's
Kermerlyn was the best server ! She paid attention to detail and made good suggestions. We had a big table and she was fast , amazing and never complained. We had kids and she was very patient with us ! Will be back just for her service. 10 out of 10.
