- Children's program, onsite †The Conch Kritters Club is a new addition to The Regent Palms, specifically designed to entertain our younger guests. Participants can engage in one of our exciting activities or enjoy facilities at the club house, while their parents relax by the pool or at the spa. The program is available daily, offering half-day, full-day or evening scheduled activities with a ratio of one to five kids per counselor for children ages 4 to 12 years old. The children are engaged daily in a varied program of both indoor and outdoor age-appropriate activities including lawn croquette, tennis, art projects, and exercises enabling them to experience a stimulating and fun-filled day. For children participating in either the full-day or evening programs, a healthy lunch or dinner from our set menu, plus a snack, are included in the price of $90 per child for daytime or $70 for evening inclusive of dinner and an after dinner movie. Babysitters are also available to guests. Reservations are needed in advance with a minimum of 24-hours notice.

The Palms is a beautiful property. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. They offer non motorized water sports, sailing, kayaking, and paddle boards. There are also bicycles to tour the surrounding area. Erlie Johnson and Tyrese Steplin gave exceptional service creating a memorable stay for us. Always friendly and helpful. Thank you!!!

Decent resort , very laid back. Great beach, ocean is amazing. Good food. Pool chairs are excellent with nice cushions , beach chairs meh. Big issue is that some staff especially front desk staff just aren't welcoming. They acted like they were doing us a favor and weren't nice. They barely smile, dont say hello, dont look uo while you are standing in front of them. Unattentive. You can't be a great resort with this type of attitude. Management needs to really work on this . Having said this, there were some excellwnt staff and good nice people working at the resort. FITZROY at the restaurant was friendly and attentive and genuinely cared. The beach staff were great, friendly helpful , etc. JEAN was amazing, kind and helpful, Find him and give him a good tip,he deserves it. He took great care of us. RONEL was also nice and attentive . Bartender AKEEM was ahard worker who made great drinks. We'll be back, but hope the ataff smiles more and remembers guests are number one.

Luxurious and Relaxing trip at the Palms in Turks and Caicos!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The Palms is beautiful, the amenities are immaculate, there is someone to help you with anything you need, and the concierge has been fantastic. Shout out to Arlean, and all our breakfast servers who kept our coffee cups full each morning!!

Great Experience
The hotel is absolutely beautiful and the service was pretty good. I didn’t really eat the food at the hotel because I’m plant based but my husband did and he liked it and the food at the hotel wasn’t much more than the food at near by restaurants. The island has soooo many Haitians and Jamaicans! It was nice! I felt like I was in Miami :) I have no idea why this island is so expensive. Its very nice but it doesn’t justify the cost. The beach is very nice but… If you’re going to venture out a lot get a rental car because the taxi is crazy expensive and they charge per person. Rentals are like $40 a day. And this hotel has free parking. Overall we had a great experience though and everyone at the hotel was very friendly.

Amazing
Amazing stay. We usually stay at chain hotels but this boutique hotel blew us away! The breakfast is amazing. We LOVE Arlean!!!
