- Children's program, onsite †The Conch Kritters Club is a new addition to The Regent Palms, specifically designed to entertain our younger guests. Participants can engage in one of our exciting activities or enjoy facilities at the club house, while their parents relax by the pool or at the spa. The program is available daily, offering half-day, full-day or evening scheduled activities with a ratio of one to five kids per counselor for children ages 4 to 12 years old. The children are engaged daily in a varied program of both indoor and outdoor age-appropriate activities including lawn croquette, tennis, art projects, and exercises enabling them to experience a stimulating and fun-filled day. For children participating in either the full-day or evening programs, a healthy lunch or dinner from our set menu, plus a snack, are included in the price of $90 per child for daytime or $70 for evening inclusive of dinner and an after dinner movie. Babysitters are also available to guests. Reservations are needed in advance with a minimum of 24-hours notice.

Zerjko was fabulous! we had lunch with him and a few drinks on our first full day and he absolutely set the vibe!! Thank you to him and the whole crew, everyone was so welcoming and truly had our best interest at heart.

Stunning resort
We had a great trip to the Palms! The resort is stunning and well-maintained, and the beach is just incredible! The service was too-notch with every detail taken care of for us. We loved the breakfast each day that kept us filled until dinner. We especially appreciated the attention from Arlean at breakfast each day! We will definitely return!

Amazing Staff and Hotel
The Palms overall was a super relaxing stay for my wife and I. We truly enjoyed the ocean water and white sand beach as the hotel sits right on the beach. I have never seen more clear, aqua, clean water (and white sand) and the water had a delightful, very mild chill to it even during July when we visited. The staff at the Palms was amazing. I would like to thank especially these individuals: Ashtraneak, Jane Sweeting and Isemena. Ashtraneak and Jane took great care of our breakfast experience each day and they both have a delightful sense of humor. Also, if Ashtraneak is your server at breakfast and it is your birthday, she will sing happy birthday to you (she has the kind of voice that could win an American Idol contest, honestly)! Isemena took great care of cleaning our room and she was so sweet and made up our room perfectly each day. The entire staff at The Palms is highly attentive, intelligent, worldly and they seemed to all bring a great sense of humor. We wish we could remember all the names but also Chanel was a great concierge for us and so positive to work with including a very nice additional concierge originally from Serbia (I can't remember her name-my bad- but she was awesome too). The doormen were also truly attentive. The only other thing I would offer from a constructive point of view was that the breakfast offerings were good but not great. We have been lucky to travel to Europe where the breakfast offerings are truly excellent and they include fresh yogurt (not offered in a yogurt pre-packaged container) and the presentation of the breakfast food is typically A plus in Europe. Just a minor recommendation. We highly recommend your next stay at The Palms in Turks and Caicos. The staff and the hotel made a huge difference and this was an amazing and memorable stay for us. They will treat you like family!

I give it 10 stars!
We have heard many wonderful things about The Palms and Turks & Caicos in general. And while we are not typically "beach" vacationers, we decided to give it a go. I do not typically write reviews but had to on our experience... We have NOT stopped talking about our experience since returning home last week. Of course the beaches, ocean were pristine, BUT The Palms staff treated us like royalty. Everyone from the front desk to the landscapers to the pool attendants to the restaurant servers... so friendly, welcoming, smiling, eager to assist. I was told they had oat milk as a coffee creamer substitute but when I arrived, I realized they did not. I asked what grocery store was closest to grab some. They next thing I knew, it was in my room refrigerator!!!! I have NEVER had that kind of service before. There were several staff members that made an impression on our family. I did not even need to write their names down because we saw them daily and called them by name and they called us by name: Roy- our server at Parallel 23 made a special dessert just for my daughter. That made her feel so special and it wasn't even her birthday! Herbie & Nevil- bartenders at the pool... they were SO friendly, went above and beyond, always smiling, making awesome drink recommendations! SK- Sisi restaurant manager... I think he wears many hats... our first experience was seeing him poolside taking drink/food orders and then we saw him that evening dressed up at the restaurant. When we inquired, he said he was just helping out yet no one ever knew they were short staffed. He made it seamless. You would have never known he had been there all day. He was SO attentive to everyone. It was really noticed! Other hotel staff including Joann (LOVE HER!), Rachel (she got my oat milk), Stacy, Linda, Nikisha, Arlean, Jane, Leone all so engaging. If you are looking for a boutique-like, personalized experience, The Palms is where you need to go! We will be back...

The perfect vacation
This place is perfect. Great beaches. Great food. What else do you want? Oh maybe Zedjko at the bar and his perfect mezcal margarita! This is the best Caribbean island and stay we’re have had! Everything is top notch and if you want to explore off island it couldn’t be easier. Parasailing, snorkeling, and tubing all right here. We will be back!
