Everything about the Resort to me was excellent, The minute my wife and I stepped off of the golf cart and saw the view overlooking the main pool and the beach, We knew that was the spot to be.

Honeymoon
The beach was beautiful and clean! Our concierge, Basilio was available at all times and very helpful! The food was fantastic! Definitely would highly recommend!

Magnificent resort with breathtaking views and perfect beach.
It was our first time at this resort. From the first step, lobby was huge and very modern with breathtaking views of the ocean and magnificent pools. Front desk was great and very accommodating. We were upgraded to The Reserve/due to renovations/. Samuel was very professional and polite. From inside to outside, everything was beautiful. Our room had great view of the ocean. Water was clear and NO SEA WEEDS. Our concierge Zynovia was great and accommodated all our needs. We took 3 hours catamaran ocean excursion, provided by resort With no charge for Reserve guests. It great, 15-20 Palma real only guests, it war great and very relaxing. In our opinion Paradisus Parma Real is the best resort on Bavaro beach, we stay in. Resort exceeded our expectations and we will be back in February. Fully recommended!!!

The Paradisus Palma Real is a beautiful resort. The rooms are spacious and it was nice to have an area to relax that was separate from the bedroom - especially nice when we were there during a significant amount of rain and couldn’t be outside as much as we would’ve liked. However, the all dining situation is odd. At check in we were given a pamphlet and told the hours for the Lunch Box, but it was closed the majority of our stay. For most of our meals we were forced to eat at Malva. We called the front desk a few days into our trip to verify the Lunch Box hours thinking that we misunderstood something, but it was confirmed that we had the right hours but that the Lunch Box was indeed just not open. We were told by the front desk that Malva was “the same”. Malva is significantly smaller than the Lunch Box and absolutely could not accommodate the same number of options as the Lunch Box. I am a picky eater and noticed that when the Lunch Box was open there was many more options that I would eat. When we were forced to eat at Malva I found myself eating the same few things on repeat since they did not have the large variety that the Lunch Box does. I can’t say for certain that we would return. For the high price tag, I dont feel like we got what we paid for given the main buffet was closed majority of our stay. The website also lists amenities such as a casino and shopping, but these are located at sister resorts and not directly on the Paradisus grounds. We loved many of the staff that we interacted with. Roseanna during breakfasts and lunches. Victor and Eddy at the Celcius bar. Victor at the Malva bar.

Honeymoon and birthday bliss
Emmanuel was so engaging and sincere. He came highly recommended by my cousin and we are so happy we got to meet him. His consideration and thoughtfulness is unending. We will always recommend him!
