We stayed there for a week ,beautiful beach and room . Location 30 min not bad but ,food was ok ,liked the FLora restaurant. Entertainment was great ,the rock girl with the band . The worst was service ath Kicks Bar and GInger . ANTHONY AND Miguel this people are there like being forced to work. Very rude ,like being forced to work,unhappy. WAITING FOR A DRINK FOREVER ,serving to everyone but not me . No drinks menu ,the atmosphere is very heavy,after 1 days staying athe place I didn't want to order a drink anyone this people shouldn't be working there. I WANT to go and want to enjoy Vacation not see someone unhappy because I ordered a drink or a coffee .

Our family group ages 17-87 had a great time. There was something for everyone! Service was excellent in all areas. Our pool attendants Juan and Julia were excellent as was our concierge Alam was superb. He answered a million questions, completed extra accommodations (a scooter rental at the last minute) and made sure all of the inexperienced travelers in our group got to the airport on time. We couldn’t have asked for better service. The resort is large and requires lots of walking so if walking is hampered in anyway you should rent a scooter for a more enjoyable stay. An extra $40/day but worth it! Alam will take care of the rental.

A Christmas vacation to remember!
We traveled to Paradisus Palma Real with family for a Christmas vacation to remember and this beautiful resort did not disappoint. The property is immaculate and beautiful. From the moment we arrived our concierge Alam made certain we had all we needed with a smile. He arranged dinner reservations, transfers and checked on us several times daily, seeking our group out at the pool and prior to dinners. He also arranged a beautiful birthday cake for my mother’s birthday celebration! Our rooms were cleaned top to bottom daily and minibar restocked. We slept peacefully in comfy beds. We enjoyed the many pools and the white sand beaches with plenty of lounges, towels and impeccable drinks and food service. We highly recommend Paradisus Palma Real!

Alam was amazing
Alam made us feel at home. He tended to our every need. I had a wonderful time here at this resort. The food, culture, and overall friendliness of everyone made this trip awesome.

Friendly staff, beautiful resort, yummy drinks
We had a great time. Beautiful beach, friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful resort and so many pools. Flora restaurant is a must-try! Great coffee bar and drinks. Alam, our concierge was super friendly and responsive. Highly recommend.
