What a great resort and really made us feel like family. I had read some of the reviews and comments about being older and just didn’t see that at all. The Customer Service is over the top and felt it every day. When we checked in, Mary Beth was talking with my son and daughter-in-law about how he had just finished up his first year of law school and she had just finished up her 3 CPA exam. Later that day we got an incredible basket of Maui goodies in our room with an incredible card. Mary Beth….you have made us a client for life…thanks Ritz Carlton!!!

A prefect stay
Wonderful stay. Everything was perfect for our 3 night stay. Great view of the ocean from everywhere at the resort including our room. Beautiful room, loved the bathroom. First class throughout. Service was impeccable. If there were any downsides, Kapalua is a bit remote, the beach is too rough to swim in, and it can get quite windy at times. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Make sure to visit Merriman's Point for a drink and the view. Have breakfast at The Sea House

Amazing stay
We stayed during Memorial Day weekend and our stay was amazing! The property is right by two awesome trails, the location is perfect for explorers. The hotel is so well taken care of and the pool area was so relaxing and clean. Even on a holiday weekend it didn’t feel crowded. The room was spacious and so clean. What makes the property really special is the staff. The service was great. Everyone was super welcoming. Below are some of the staff members that made our stay even more special: Joy welcomed us in the lobby. While the check in line was a bit busy. She engaged in fun conversation with us and gave us wonderful recommendations on things to do. She also pointed out the multiple resort activities happening during our stay. Tanya was our bartender and she was so friendly and welcoming. Full of interesting stories. Laura was one of the ladies at the club lounge and she made sure we were well taken care of. Mike gave us golf cart rides to the beach area and he would do it multiple times for us, always with a smile and a friendly attitude Lastly, Ariana and Lina were also a highlight for us. Always engaging with our kids and ensuring our needs were met while offering recommendations and giving us tips on things to do. This is a great property for families. Highly recommended!

Tough to beat...
Stayed for a week after a couple of days in Waikiki to hit all of the tourist spots. Started when we booked a few months ago over Easter, and the had to move the dates do to son't HS schedule. The team was happy to accomodate and took care of everything even though it was a little messy with club certificates, etc. The property is expansive and gorgeous...you can stay in Kannapoli for sure which we have but there is no resort, it's a hotel and although they are great, this is just different and relaxing. Spring for club level if you have kids and enjoy adult beverages...we had no issue that other's experienced with the "Ritz pricing" unless we wanted to go to dinner or hit the burger beach bar. Club is unmatched, and it is a great place to hangout outside of the room and meet some other travleres. Beach is great if you like waves and don't mind the wind...Kapalua Bay had solid snorkeling (rent on the drive up from Auntie Snorkel for 1/4 price). Do it!

Loved it!
Excellent stay. Gorgeous site, wonderful staff, great room. Get Club Lounge access for the best experience. Not ideal for beach goers, which was fine for us. In keeping with the RitzCarlton experiences we have had in other places, which is attentive, accommodating, and luxurious.
