  Stop your research and book the St. Regis!

  Expectations were high for this trip after everything we’ve heard and researched about the St. Regis. The resort was beyond anything we could have imagined and hoped for. The service is impeccable. Our butlers, Mina and Diana, thought of every deal to make our anniversary trip an unforgettable experience. Alice, our housekeeper, did a fabulous job making the room so welcoming day after day. And the food - wow! That in itself was an amazing experience! Lucie at the Lagoon and Ta’pau was darling and so gracious. The variety of excursions offered, the ease at which to do anything you want, the views, the size of the bungalows, everything exceeded our expectations. Now that we’re back, we can’t wait to return. See you soon, St. Regis!

  Epic Trip 🙌🏼

  My family and I just returned from the St Regis Bora Bora and we are all having withdrawals from the perfect trip. We were a group of 16 and everyone at the St Regis went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The rooms we had were great and worked perfectly for our large family group. We had rooms 105, 211, 214, 216 and 507. Each room was spectacular and Sarah and Diana (our butlers) were very attentive and helpful. We had a fair amount of children with us and the hotel went above and beyond to “baby proof” the rooms and fence off the plunge pools for those who needed it which was a huge relief. The rooms themselves were very comfortable with great air conditioning. The beds were fantastic and like sleeping on a cloud. While the bathrooms show their age a little bit, they were still nice and perfectly adequate. Housekeeping was also very attentive and did a great job as well. The bikes provided were a game changer and such a fun amenity (we have previously stayed at the 4S next door and they could really benefit from adding bikes). The kids were even able to get children’s bikes which was fun for them too and made them feel included. I know Bora Bora is mainly aimed at Honeymooners and Anniversaries but it was still very family/child friendly which we appreciated. The restaurants were all great and the food was delicious. The hi-light was a birthday party we had at Lagoon where we had the whole place to ourselves as it was on a Wednesday night when it was normally closed. The food, service, entertainment etc were all top notch and Pauline (one of their event planners) went out of her way to make sure everything was perfect. The other restaurants were great too and the staff at Te Pahu for breakfast were especially kind; especially to all the children we had with us. We did the jet ski tour around the lagoon twice as it was so much fun; I highly recommend it (Randal and Honi (sp) were great tour guides). We also did the Vitamin Sea catamaran twice as well and would highly recommend that (Dylan was a great captain and Lilou was a great stewardess). The spa was very nice and relaxing and they offered great treatments. The beach staff and pools were also fantastic. What really makes this place special is the people. They are the soul of the resort and the main reason why we loved it so much. We can’t wait to return in the future (once our bank account recovers LOL). Thanks for a fantastic stay and a lifetime of memories.

  Twice as Nice: Our Second Trip to St. Regis Bora Bora

  We just got back from our 2nd trip to the St. Regis Bora Bora (celebrating out 5 year anniversary) and it was just as beautiful as we remembered from our honeymoon in 2020. We booked with Claudia from Pacific for Less for this trip. Five-star service from start to finish by the St. Regis staff. Oceane, our butler, was fantastic and went above and beyond in all her extra details to make our trip memorable. You definitely can't write a review on this resort without giving a huge shout-out to The Beach Boys; Temaiana and Vida can put a smile on anyone's face, and you leave the resort feeling like you have two new best friends/brothers after meeting them. Ruben was amazing as well. We told ourselves we'd come back every 5 years, but I honestly think can't wait another half-decade......every two years sounds a lot better :)

  Good food and good view

  The hotel is beautiful and the staff are very kind; in particular, I would like to highlight Karen for her availability and professionalism. The highlights are definitely the rooms, which are very spacious with large and incredibly soft beds (I highly recommend booking an overwater bungalow facing Mount Otemanu), and the breakfast: one of the best I have ever experienced in terms of both variety and quality (including the hot drinks… the chai latte was fabulous!). The gym is also well-equipped and spacious, making it a great plus for those who enjoy working out during their stay.

  Luxury as Expected

  We stayed 5 nights at the St. Regis in June of 2025. This hotel is indeed as fantastic as the photos look. 5 days is plenty of time to unwind in the seclusion and recover from the likely long trip to get there. Here are some thoughts, tips and things I wish I knew before going. - Rooms are spacious, have privacy, and are well equipped. The bathroom is huge, your swimming deck is fantastic, and there's even a large living room with a full table. Rooms come with bicycles to get around and snorkeling gear is free to borrow for the stay. -Butler service includes 2 pressed items a day and morning coffee/tea. Our butler was generally good but on some days we didn't see much of our specific person and just called/used the front desk. On occasion food/coffee deliveries were late, but 3/5 were perfect. - We made reservations via email before going, and that helped us to secure spots at prime time at the restaurant we wanted. Others we talked to on site usually could get in, but not always at the time they wanted. - We booked the "Big 5" private boat/snorkeling tour through the hotel and it was fantastic. Definitely good to move at your own pace and the water/sights/animals were incredible. - Also incredible is the resort's Lagoonarium- a massive lagoon for snorkeling with contained fish and coral. Great way to spend a few hours! - Other than the adult pool (great privacy, very quiet), and the main pool and beach (faster food service, but more people- though we never had any issues getting space), check out the lawn in front of the Spa. Amazing view, access to the lagoon, and very calm. - Food was hit or miss. The pool food and more casual items for lunch were great, but they should be for about $40-45 an item. Our favorite dinner was the Far Niente Italian place, with home made pasta. The Asian restaurant and BBQ night were just OK- food wasn't especially bad or good, just very expensive. The only major food disappointment was the fancy Lagoon restaurant. It is even more expensive and the most disappointing. It used to be Jean Georges (not surprised the relationship was broken off), and it's French/Seafood. Nothing felt that amazing or unique and the service was no where close to what a true fine dining experience should be. This was really the only disappointment of the stay. Overall, the resort and experience is incredible and worth the money. We're happy we went and did this bucket-list-level destination the right way. I would recommend this fantastic property - be prepared for an incredible room, unique resort experience. the best water you'll ever see, and high prices.
