Had a very relaxing stay at the Westin. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Martin stood out, because he went above and beyond in terms of making recommendations for fun things to do. He asked questions in order to personalize the experience for me, and this made a huge difference in my time there. All I did was go eat breakfast, his service was exceptional, but Martin created the moment with his professionalism, his personality, and his attention to detail.

Hidden get away and I be back!!!
Hotel is very modern, and in good condition. Which I expected. The Breakfast by the water feast is GREAT. Beach is small, so I would not advise for large parties or a lot of kids. Great part the roof is Adults only with a pool and a great view. Beach water a little rough but oh baby is it beautiful and mind you I can't swim. Grab a set of eyes and dip your head in the water and see all the tropical fishes.Beach is small and beautiful sand. There is also a family friendly pool downstairs with great poolside food. Not a big selection, but all good. Staff is excellent, They even got a spa in here that treat you like royalty. Hotel spas usually suck but not this one

Best Birthdayy
Great trip the staff was great everyone was very welcoming and friendly. Food was great from the beach and breakfast. Had a surprise spa treatment the ladies Goreth Guiliau and Selena special shout out to them for making my birthday extra special and relaxing. Thank you ladies. Will definitely return.

Westin Cozumel - Love this place!
Been coming to Cozumel for years, but this was our first stay at The Westin — and what a wonderful surprise! The true highlight is the staff. From the moment we stepped out of our transfer, we were greeted by Fernando’s warm smile and friendly personality, and he continued to go out of his way to make us feel welcome throughout our stay. He’s a real asset to the Westin team. Housekeeping, restaurant, and bar staff were all exceptional — attentive, kind, and genuinely happy to help. The hotel itself is lovely, though it could use a few cosmetic updates, which we could see are already underway during the quieter season. Our room was spacious, clean, and the bed incredibly comfortable — some of the best sleep we’ve had on vacation! The snorkeling right off the beach is amazing — an abundance of sea life makes it a true paradise for ocean lovers. Food quality in both restaurants was quite good, though the dinner menu could use a bit more variety after a few days. Breakfast, on the other hand, was excellent with plenty of options. Overall, a wonderful stay. Keep up the great work, Westin Cozumel! We’ll definitely be back.
