Breakfast buffet was fantastic. We had the pleasure of meeting Martin who greeted us each morning with outstanding service, friendly conversation and a warm welcome.

Wonderful, friendly staff, great atmosphere and beautiful scenery. This hotel and restaurant are highly recommended. We would come back in a heartbeat. The fruit was super fresh and the green juice was delicious. What a sweet time we had here playing in the water, using the complimentary mask and snorkel, renting paddle boards, and laying in the sun.

Royal treatment!
The Westin is a top destination for us. Not only is the property beautiful and well maintained, the staff is extremely warm and welcoming. We love Margarita and the staff at breakfast every morning. When you are relaxing at the beach or pool, Virginia is amazing. She is so engaging and always so friendly! Don’t forget to get a drink from Fecundo at the lobby bar!

Zazil Spa
Sara and Ruth at the spa were fantastic! The overall service at this property was excellent! The food was much better than expected for an all-inclusive type property. Most of our meals were made to order instead of a typical buffet. Overall, my wife and I were very impressed!

Nice but . . . be aware
Beautiful Facility. Sand beach was nice, but the rocks are rough, stay away from the rocks in the water they are brutal. There was a odor upon entry, musky, disappointing. The food was plentiful at the restaurant, very good, but watch the birds, they will steal the bacon and eggs off your plate, if you get up put your napkin over your food ! They had live music several nights. Be careful of the Taxi's one was dis-honest and ripped us off royal. Ask the desk before you travel what the fare should be, then confirm the fare where you get in. The vendors in the lobby are 3 times the price of the vendors down town - that was also disappointing. Never the less it was a beautiful hotel, the roof top pool was beautiful and the snorkeling on site was great.
