We had a wonderful couples massage with Nadine and Ruth. They were wonderful. The sauna, steam room, hot tub and then the cold plunge before our massages made our massages that much more enjoyable. I wish other spas did this. The time after the massage soaking in the hot tub with mimosas was the best way to end our experience. Highly recommend!!

Great option for Cozumel
Comfortable stay, very nice property. Short taxi ride to/from ferry. Loved the beach area and pool was nice. Received upgrade for status. Corner room on upper floor was fabulous—views of water from bed. Room service was good. Friendly staff.

Our amazing relaxing holiday experience at the Westin Cozumel.
A wonderful hotel with excellent facilities in a beautiful position with views of a crystal blue ocean. The food in the onsite restaurants was superb. The staff were friendly and so very helpful. A special mention for Jorge, Miguel, Paloma, Adrián, Ananias, Javier, Roberto and Virginia. Not forgetting the excellent barman Hilario! We will be back!!

Great Pool Service!
The Westin has been great for our family vacation! We spent many hours snorkeling right off of the beach at the hotel and spent many more hours by the pool. Efren, out at the pool was the absolute best. He was very kind to our kids, making sure they were totally taken care of and gave great, friendly service. We wish we could have stayed longer, the stay was great!

Overall would come back
We had a good time and our room was clean, friendly staff and good food! Perfect area to swim and relax with a beautiful view of the ocean. The resort smelt amazing!!
