Exceptional Stay Thanks to Arun
From the moment I arrived at The Westin Grand Cayman, I knew it was going to be a special trip and that feeling was entirely because of Arun K. His warm smile and the genuine way he welcomed us immediately set the tone for our entire stay. There’s something about the way he carries himself, professional yet so personable. Which makes you feel like you’re not just another guest, but someone he truly cares about making comfortable and happy. While my time there, Arun went above and beyond in every possible way. He checked in to make sure everything was perfect, offered thoughtful suggestions for things to do, and always took a moment to stop and chat with such sincerity that it felt like catching up with an old friend. You can tell that he takes immense pride in his work and genuinely loves creating memorable experiences for guests. It’s rare these days to meet someone in hospitality who embodies such authentic kindness, empathy, and passion for what they do. Arun didn’t just help make our stay enjoyable, but he made it unforgettable. His attention to detail, calm energy, and ability to make everyone feel at ease reflect the very best of what The Westin brand stands for. I travel often, and it’s easy to forget the names and faces of staff you meet along the way, but I know I’ll remember Arun for a long time. People like him are the heart and soul of great hotels, and The Westin Grand Cayman is truly lucky to have someone of his character on their team. Thank you, Arun, for making this trip so special. You turned what was already a beautiful resort experience into something deeply personal and meaningful. This was all because of you, I can’t wait to come back again soon.

Ahhhhh!!
The spa was worth every penny! My hotel's spa was under renovation.I decided to go to the Westin nearby for a body wrap/massage. Marie was the best. I have had body treatments wherever I travel worldwide. She was exceptional. Highly recommend. I love a strong massage!

Relaxing vacation with an AMAZING view!
We had a lovely week in GCI staying at the Westin. From the minute we arrived, Jodian at front desk took exceptional care of us. Our room overlooked the pool and ocean and was just perfect. Clean, comfortable and nicely appointed. Another great feature of this hotel was the cafe. Awesome spot for delicious coffee each morning, not to mention pastries, snacks, lunch foods, etc. We visited it several times a day! The staff were so friendly and helpful, and all the spaces clean and welcoming. We ate at nearly every place on the property and the food was top notch. Thank you Westin GCI, and Jodian, for an amazing vacation!

Great location, but the experience leaves something to be desired
The positive: The location is great and the rooms are fairly standard. The staff was helpful and kind and housekeeping did a great job too. They have a decent happy hour, which is the only time I would suggest buying a drink. The negative: The beds are a bit too soft and I had terrible back pain throughout my stay. The food and drinks are significantly overpriced and there are no microwaves in the room. When asked if a microwave could be used to heat food, we were given the option of paying an extra $25 per day to have one in the room and there was a claim that fire safety was the reason, but if so, how does $25 a day remedy that? Additionally, we were told that if our food was heated in the microwave at the restaurant we had to sign a waiver that the food would only be consumed in our room, away from where any other guests could see what we were eating. This is ABSURD! With regards to maintenance, during our stay, there was some type of leak that flooded the hallway on the 3rd floor. The smell was horrific (like mold or mildew), traveling back and forth to the elevator, and lasted the majority of our stay. I held my breath as much as I could when walking through the area. The sink in our bathroom also clogged while I was staying therr, and it was a few days before it was repaired. Overall, I would return to Grand Cayman in a heartbeat, but I would NOT stay at this resort.

Can’t wait to return!
We had an ocean view balcony, and we were so happy with our view and the room. They were pristine when we arrived and the front desk was attentive and helpful. I enjoyed a meal at their bar in the lobby and the food did not disappoint, definitely order their parm truffle fries! The swim up bar is such a plus at the pool and plenty of cabanas and loungers to sit at. Next time, I'm looking forward to dining at Beach House! Also wanted to mention it’s in a prime location where it’s very close to a lot of great restaurants and bars. Only 5 mins away from Camana Bay. Our favorite bar tender was Vasco, he was on the ball the entire time and recommended amazing drinks. Will be coming back soon!
