    Efrain the pool waiter is amazing!

    The view, the rooms all great, but who stands out as the star of the show is Efrian the pool server. Always has a smile on his face and what a great attitude. Make sure you say hi to him if you come.

    Valeria at the front desk and guest services sorted out my difficult reservation requests - she didn’t have to as it was my doing BUT she spent her time and energy solving my problem!     Best hotel in Cancun

    My wife and I had the best honeymoon. Concierge Daniella, sales advisor Alejandra, and Viento server Efrain made our trip perfect. I would recommend the catamaran to Isla Mueres and the Xenotes trip.
