Memorable!
Wanted to share this was our first trip to this area San Jose Del Cabo and it was amazing 👏🏼. We really enjoyed ourselves especially the service and people we came in contact with here at this resort. From the moment we stepped out of the transportation from the airport until we left the property it was Excellent! Wanted to give a special shout out to our concierge Dulce who was fabulous and front desk Adriana whom gave us our road map of what was needed during our stay and our dinner was outstanding at the El Ciruelo (Baja Point) where we had a great server Mr. Victor and the server Mr. Gerzurin. The property is extremely clean and anyone you walk pass has a smile and a hello. Thank you so much for this amazing time. We can't wait to return again soon. You left a great impact on what vacation is supposed to be. And if you get a chance locate Ms. Dulce she will make all things happen!

65th Birthday
Went there for my 65th birthday and my experience was AWESOME!! Got a massage through Andreas who was an AWESOME salesman!! He had the best personality and he arranged for the staff to sing Happy Birthday to me!!! My birthday experience was amazing and the rooms were wonderful!!!

This Hotel will make you literally sick!!!
Worse Westin I have ever been to! I got food poisoning the first night at the Hotel Restaurant and when I reported it they denied it was food poisoning from them and did not do anything to make my stay more comfortable. I asked multiple times for their head of hospitality to follow up with them and was ignored my whole visit. I had eating nothing else the whole day and yet they disregard that I stayed in my room half my visit sick from their food.

Could have Been Better…Avoid Concierge
I was to first point out that upon arriving, you are met by the beautiful ocean view and a cool towel to cool down. We were greeted with smiles and I have to say that about 95% of the staff are friendly. We were escorted to our room, but were quickly disappointed when we saw our “ocean view” room. It was a sliver of the ocean. We are marriot time share owners and pay for an ocean view room. We went to the front desk and asked them if we could possibly get a room change. The manager began to tell us that “every room is ocean view” and that unless there are cancellations nothing can be done. What a huge disappointment…bad start to our vacation. Nevertheless, we tried to not let it ruin our stay. However, the next challenge was dealing with concierge! Oh what a disaster! We wanted to book an excursion with one company, the young lady by the name of Nancy decided to choose another company for us and choose whatever time that she thought was best! We did not appreciate the lack of full transparency or explanation while booking this experience. After realizing the error, I had to request a partial refund to get the 1) excursion company that o requested and 2) the time that I wanted the excursion for. But that wasn’t the ONLY problem. When I inquired about the location of the excursion, she gave me the wrong address and then told me to use Google maps to locate it. It wasn’t until I got to the location that I was told that we were at the wrong place. We not only missed our excursion but had to reschedule for another day. Nancy cost us time and extra money because we had to take an Uber back the next day for the rescheduled activity. This hindered us from doing something else. Word of advice -book your own experience! Do not use Concierge!! Pros: pools are nice! The food at the bar is really good!! The bar tender there makes the best mojitos! Aside from my unpleasant experience with Nancy at concierge and the manager at the Fri g desk everyone else was very pleasant! Oh and book dinner at the restaurant at Baja point! Absolute gorgeous view!! (Picture included)

If you have free transportation, ensure u don’t get in a taxi. Hotel workers prey on your ignorance and are dishonest.
I did a package with transportation included. When it was time to leave, the worker placed my bags in a van and said this was my transportation to the airport. When I get to the airport the driver collected $75. It’s a conspiracy! The hotel has not responded to my request for a refund and is acting oblivious about the entire situation.
