  Fantastic vacation at the Westin Playa Bonita Panama Hotel

  We had a wonderful, fun and relaxing time at the Westin Playa Bonita Hotel in Panama and look forward to making the journey back next year for vacation. The hotel is elegant and grand with magnificent views of the ocean, pools and landscaped gardens. The guest rooms are large, beautifully decorated and well appointed with all you need for a very comfortable stay. The balcony was large with nice patio furniture and a spectacular panoramic view of the beach, sea, pools and gardens. The rooms were super clean as well as the entire hotel. The variety of restaurants was amazing with entrees prepared by experienced chefs. They offered everything you could possibly want. The hotel staff deserve special thanks for providing consistently efficient, professional service, and always with a warm smile. Special thanks to Maximo Rivera, Kinakymya and Nilka, just to name a few. I don't know everyone's name as there were so many. You ALL made our stay memorable. The nightly live music in the lobby bar was a fun way to end each evening. Special thanks to Angie and the other musicians who entertained us !! We'll be back next year.   Do not recommend

  The location is nice but the offerings for the price is not good. You get access to one restaurant with limited meal options and a snack bar for like chips and dips. The bar is limited also. Not worth the day pass price.

  Wonderful Stay

  We had a fantastic experience at Westin Playa Bonita once again. The resort is beautiful and impeccably maintained, with clean and comfortable rooms that made our stay very relaxing. We also noticed that the beach was cleaner this time and truly appreciate the hotel’s efforts to maintain it. We understand that in some areas of Panama, trash collection is limited, and unfortunately, waste can end up in the ocean, so these efforts are especially meaningful. We’d also like to recognize some of the staff members who went above and beyond to make our visit special — their friendliness, professionalism, and attention to detail did not go unnoticed: Armando – Thank you for accommodating our family and helping us with the kayak ride. Ezequiel – Works at the club and front desk. Always a pleasure to talk to and very helpful. Iveth, Luisa, Tatiana, Victor, and William – Work at the club. Extremely professional and customer-oriented. Nika – Works at the pool. Very friendly and professional. Joana – It was nice meeting her and seeing her efforts to keep the beach clean. Billy Joe – Works in various restaurants. Very friendly and professional. Overall, we highly recommend this resort and look forward to returning in the near future! Our only suggestion would be to improve the entertainment at the pool with more fun activities. We also noticed that the activities schedule was not consistently followed.

  BUG BITES!!!

  PLEASE DONT STAY HERE!!!. The food is pricey, the beach area is very rough with lots of shells at most of it. What we thought were hot tubs are not hot at all I got bit from bed bugs and maybe other bugs. Over 40 of them at least in one night. They only offered some points and complimentary breakfast for the inconvenience. Not enough compared to what im enduring from the bites. I think im having a reaction from the so many bites I have. Here are just a couple photos.
