Absolutely amazing!
The experience at Tortuga Bay Puntacana was second to none. The service is stellar, the food is amazing. Everyone is really nice. At breakfast Alcedo, Leandro and Israel took amazing care of us. Winifer, who was our ambassador for most of our stay was great. The Head Chef came by at dinner, but literally every employee is outstanding. I would highly recommend Tortuga Bay and can't wait to go back.

Great Couples Getaway
We loved Tortuga Bay! The service was absolutely top notch, and the rooms were fantastic. Our bed was so comfortable, and we loved that we each had our own bathroom. We went for our anniversary, and the staff personalized our experience. They made us customized bike nameplates with a sweet note on the back of each and gifted them to us upon departure. The food, service, and ambiance at Bamboo for breakfast, lunch, and dinner was phenominal, and same for La Yola for dinner. We went back to La Yola for our last dinner. Bao (at The Westin property) was more family friendly if you are traveling with young kids, so this was less of a fit for our romantic getaway. The massages at the spa were some of the best I've received in 20 years. Torguga Bay was a win. Note that if you are beach people, the Dominican Republic has seaweed issues for a few months in the summer, so make sure to check before booking. We are pool people, so we were happy with the scene there. Be sure to check out the local Ojos lagoons. We rode our bikes there to explore on our own and loved it. You can also take your golf cart - another nice, fun touch! We didn't golf or ride horses or check out the polo, but there's adventure for all. Can't say enough good things about the staff and service.

Great location, nice setup, wonderful hosts
Wonderful family time at Tortuga Bay. Excellent location, nice villa setup , very tasteful on site restaurant , friendly staff. Shout out to all the staff - helpful and friendly. I wish I remember everyone’s name . Many thanks to Valentina , Yocasta , Julio, Juan. We enjoyed talking to Acedo and listening to him and his band performing live at Bamboo on a Sunday evening - not to be missed.
