We arrived on the 25th of August and stayed until 7th September. I can honestly say that we could not fault anything. We stayed on level 4 in block 1. Our butlers were Robin and Roberto and they took good care of us. One day I messaged them, as I came down with an eye infection and wanted to know where to buy a specific medication. Robin arranged for it to be delivered within half an hour. We could not have done this as quickly or cheaply without his help. Thank you Robin! The resort is huge ( if you venture over to the GP side). All the restaurants we visited on both sides were excellent (as was the cafe). A lovely young man called Ulysses looked after us most days by the pool. He remembered our regular drinks order and cheerfully worked so hard in the heat. Similarly Edwin at the pool bar always greeted us after our morning beach walk. On our last night we ate at the Adelita and were greeted on our way in by a lovely man called Willian who introduced us to the chef Giovani. We had guacamole made at the table by Eduardo and at the end of our meal our waiter Diego made us the most amazing Mexican coffee. It was the perfect end to our stay. There was some maintenance being carried out in the lobby, but this did not impact our stay. If anything it made the Lobby bar quieter. Angeles always took our drinks order from our table, so I never got the name of the lovely man who actually made the cocktails but he was very good. Juli at the bar between the French and Italian restaurant made the best margaritas. The management should feel very proud of all the staff. They are all excellent and gave brilliant service. We would love to come back and bring our daughter and future son in-law. Highly recommend .

Butler was terrible. Room was beautiful but not clean. The staff does not communicate with each other. The staff driving the golf carts are rude and lazy.

We had an incredible time. This was our 3rd visit and we keep coming back for the outstanding service! Honorable mention for the folks listed below!! Carlos @capricho, Ben TRS butler, Ricardo TRS butler, Speedy Gonzalez @PTC, Antonio Diaz, Ladis, Lorenzo at the TRS Pool! And we can’t forget about Moses @ Adelita, Julie, and William on our last night! Shout out to asst manager Chloe for making our anniversary special!
