Dec 03, 2025Good Stay but opportunities to improve
TRS Coral is a good all inclusive resort overall. The resort is beautifully designed and the rooms are comfy and relaxing. The Zentropia spa was our favorite part of the stay and the massage and hydrotherapy were wonderful and revitalizing. While these were the highlights of our stay there are many areas where our experience could be improved. The biggest issue was with the quality of the food. While each dinner restaurants had some solid options for entrees, there were a lot of misses across the board. The quality of bread for example across all the restaurants were lack luster and pastas were subpar. The Japanese sushi experience at Sumptori was the biggest miss. The quality of fish was very low and the food was not authentic. The team could hire a sushi expert to revamp the menu. The meat quality at most restaurants were decent especially the steak. Adelita’s and the Italian restaurant stood out as favorites among the overall restaurants. Would love to see improvements at all restaurants to really create a luxury all inclusive resort experience.

A lot of hit and miss at this resort but the butler service is 10/10. We had Jose and Christopher in building 1 and they took care of us our entire stay.

Speedy service by the pool
We had the most impressive service from our server ‘speedy Gonzalez’ poolside for lunch. The only server on staff for the entire east section of the pool during lunch hour, Speedy was gracious, helpful, patient and delivered exactly what we wanted for drinks and food despite the large number of orders in queue. Extremely pleasant with a bit of humility and humour- we were happy with service and food/drink quality. Thank you Speedy!

Perfect Room yet still left a bit disappointed.
Resort amenities- above average for sure. Pools are great and the whole resort is clean and nice to look at. Room- amazing (swim up room). Service- hit or miss in all my stay. Definitely a hit in waiter and butler services. Definitely a miss when it comes to staff in charge of transportation within the resort. Note: expect to be constantly treated as “less” if you’re not in their timeshare program or however they want to call it. Food- Bad, like really bad. The TRS (adults only) section has better quality for sure. But it’s hard to judge fairly due to it being an all inclusive hotel (most serve bad food). Check in Check out- Really slow and rude check in. Really fast and friendly check out experience. Spa- didn’t experience it but my family said it was amazing. Random comment: this all inclusive resort is still miles away better than excellence. Oyster Bay Jamaica. I left a review a while back.

GIrls trip
I was very impressed with the service, the cleanliness, and the food of the resort as a whole. Our entire group really enjoyed our stay. We will definitely be back
