The resort is just okay. If you're not a Palladium member, you're limited in terms of space, amenities, and entertainment options. Well-known alcoholic drinks and good food (coconut) come at an additional cost—often triple what you'd pay elsewhere. Honestly, it doesn’t justify the price of an all-inclusive resort. From an aerial view, the hotel looks stunning, but once you're actually there, the flaws are hard to ignore: broken tiles, poorly maintained lighting—including loose lights in the pool—and cracked tiles at the swim-up bar, which could be hazardous. The water pressure in the shower was weak, and our room (a two-floor suite we paid extra for) had broken and warped mirrors, faucets, vanity, bath tub, wardrobe doors. On the positive side, the butler service and general staff were friendly and made parts of our stay more pleasant. We stayed for six nights, but overall, the value just wasn’t there. I've stayed at many resorts around the world—some so good I’ve returned to them—but this one won’t be on that list. Some staff also tried to pitch the membership program, but I couldn’t see any real benefit in it. All in all, we didn’t get what we paid for. Still, it was an experience, and now we know not to come back.

Awesome experience
All of the employees are very kind and helpful. The Ocean was beautiful and Speedy and Alex at the pool are the best. Leslie in the Lobby was wonderful as well.

Not what you see in youtube or google
It was a very dissatisfied experience. Other than 2 waiters by the pool everyone else was not friendly. Rooms are not clean, pool is not clean, water pressure is very low. Bathrooms are very old

Great resort
TRS Coral was beautiful, clean property with delicious food and lots of activities. We are extremely grateful to our butlers - Jimmy, Mel, and Daniela for all of their assistance. They were with us every step of the way helping with anything we needed. They made the stay seamless
