Such an amazing holiday. We stayed for 2 weeks in a swim-up room (block 56). The holiday was fabulous from start to finish, a fantastic selection of beautiful restaurants offering high end luxury food, the beach is totally idyllic with beautiful powder sand. We opted to upgrade to the TRS Premium Exclusive for our 2nd week and loved it. Imagine listening to a professional musician playing the saxophone or cello whilst having your breakfast, watching the ocean waves roll in ~ breathtaking! La Chic cabaret night is a must, fine dining 5 course meal with a show that lasts around 3 hrs, brilliant!. All the staff work tirelessly round the clock, the grounds are immaculate and the service is second to none. Nothing is too much trouble. The staff members that went over and above for us were: Wandy, he was always on hand to assist with anything we asked of him. Picking us up and transporting us round the complex, ensuring the seats were dried off with a towel on the rainy nights and assisting us on & off the golf carts. Thank you Wandy for all your help and making sure we had maximum happy experience - Amazing guy who really looked after us👍🏻 Melani, our butler in block 56, also Dianha & Emanuelle (TRS Premium beach butlers), they were so kind and helpful. Denis worked our pool bar and made the most fabulous drinks each afternoon, always done to perfection. It was a pleasure to see you every day Denis.

DO NOT GO HEAR. BEWARE OF SCAM!! Please read all of this through, so that you don't get hooked. I am an intelligent person, and I rarely complain. Back in early of 2025 we came here for vacation. On our second day here we pressured relentlessly by them to hear their travel club membership pitch, which we did and it took us the whole day. We decided to opt in at almost 35 thousand dollars. We enjoyed the rest of our stay. Now..... Here's were the truth comes in. 8 months later we returned to vacation again as Ambassadors in our Travel Club membership, and the experience was downright ridiculous and terrible. First, we did not get the Ambassadors suites that they showed us during our membership purchase. Nor was it a beach/oceanside view. Then, the room we did receive was a downright mess. The air conditioner was horrible and did not work properly. We asked 3 times to have it looked at and it never was taken care of. Next..... The door to the patio was not working properly and twice we got locked out on the patio. Again we asked twice to have it looked at and nobody ever came to look at it or fix it. Then the chair on the balcony busted while I was sitting in it and it fell apart causing me to hurt my neck. Again this was mentioned to them and no one came to fix or replace the chair. Wait..... It continues!! Outside our room at 10:30pm, they had to repair something by the pool and we're using loud cement saws to breakup a section by the pool. Really??!! At 10:30pm??!! Next day we are getting ready to shower for dinner, and as I am in the shower the water just stops and no water coming out. After hunting down our butler, he then tells us that they had to shut the water down. The butter said that they didn't even tell him. WTF??!!! Why would you not tell your staff to inform us guest that we will be without water. To continue, the rooms do not have anything to hang on the door knob to let them know to clean or do not disturb. And on multiple occasions because of this the maids just kept walking in. Upon our arrival we were treated horrible by Barbarita at our Travel Club members lounge. Upon arrival they also did not tell us the Secret Pool was closed down for rebuild. After 5 days of all this extreme disappointment, we went back to the membership offices to discuss all of these issues with their management team and our extreme disappointments with everything and with our membership we purchased and all they wanted to do was offer us a free massage. Even after telling them all we been through at the membership center, nobody has still not showed up to fix the chair, the patio lock or the air conditioner. We WANT OUT of this scam of a membership!! As I said..... I'm not a complainer, and we travel extensively. This is why we bought the membership. 100% they do not give you anything they promised. And we were not the only ones complaining. We ran into many couples completely dissatisfied. Pallidium Travel Club....... We (and our attorneys) will be fighting for a 100% refund and opt out on our membership. We did our part....... You didn't!!
