My wife and I went to TRS Yucatan for a destination wedding. The facility is absolutely beautiful and there are a lot of things to do there especially when you sign up on WhatsApp with your butler they will notify you daily of all of the daily events going on throughout the whole compound. Jesus and George were our Butlers and they were top notch! Whatever you need don't be afraid to ask, those guys can make things happen! We upgraded to the PTC experience which I'm not sure was the greatest deal. If you're going to do it look into the benefits of it to see if it's something that you're going to use. For example we use the spa which is a buy one get one free which is a roughly $200 value and then we also had discounts on other Spa items as well as free tickets to the CHIC show which was absolutely amazing. The ptc allows for private beach seating and premium liquor which we basically never used. Other than that, the facility is beautiful and well run. Enjoy!

Honeymoon
The time at TRS Yucatan was wonderful. The butler service was excellent, food delicious, and atmosphere soft and welcoming.

Great relaxed time, amazing food and drinks, with plenty of experiences on and off the resort
Amazing time, the E butler (Belen and Alexx) made our stay amazing and were willing to help at every turn!! The food was great and there was never not food or drinks available. Will be back!

Very disappointed in Travel Club. Don't get the same palladium travel club "family" welcome as Jamaica. Staff all very good. Rooms need a make-over. AC not the best

Almost Perfect....
The resort is fantastic, massive and the staff are so friendly. The food is superb (for an all inclusive) with lots of options for restaurants and types of foods. Avoid the Steak Restaurant (El Gaucho) and the Pizza's (even in the Italian restaurant) Within the resort, everyone was lovely. If you venture out, keep your wits about you as there are lots of opportunistic "entrepreneurs" trying to extract cash. Be especially careful when looking for parking at tourist attractions and don't be fooled into buying parking or fake tickets.
