We enjoyed our trip to TRS Yucatan. Our accommodations (private pool, garden view in building 64) were excellent and our butlers were too!

The hotel was nice. The rooms were so dark. Everything from the bathrooms in the lobby to our room was so dark and not enough lighting anywhere. The food was pretty bad. I wouldn’t stay there twice.

2nd Time - Will be back!
This is our favorite AI resort!!! (We have been to 5 others in Mexico and Punta Cana). We love the food, service and infinity pool. TRS has premium alcohol and superior food variety and quality over the other resorts we have visited. This was our second visit, so we tried to explore more of the non-TRS amenities/restaurants. Unfortunately, we were disappointed in the other options and will probably stick with TRS going forward. I will say the property & rooms are showing some wear and tear - and could use a refresh. Overall - it's a wonderful choice!

Hotel was very clean and looked after, the staff at the hotel couldn’t do enough for you and really made you feel welcome and looked after, the facilities in the hotel were second to none with lots of choice and a good selection of food and drink The only downside was the beach was not very nice compared to other hotels and we upgraded to PTC the rewards from upgrading that we were told, we’re not the case in the end and it really isn’t worth it

Best all-inclusive that I have stayed at
My wife and I were looking for a hotel that fit our desires for being an adult only, more upscale place with and emphasis on great food, great service and overall customer experience. I have to say that TRS Yucatan succeeded in everything. We were blown away by the friendliness of the staff always smiling and saying hello. Our butlers Eric, Lisandra and Riccardo did everything to make us feel comfortable, they were extremely personable, calm and enjoyable to talk to but were also able to handle any concerns we may have had. The food was a cut above previous experiences for me, we absolutely loved the individual portions set out at the breakfast and lunch resteraunts. The dinner restaurants were great. Our favourite was El Gaucho in which I had the ribeye, short rib and lobster. At la Boheme the seafood soup was delicious. The Italian restaurant also had very good pizza! We spent most of our time by the Helios beach club and infinity pool, the daily lunch offerings were enough for us to skip sit down lunches, we didn't want to waste pool time. Chic cabaret is an absolute MUST, and Bingo night was fun too. The lobby is a great place to hang out in the evening. The Mexican show and casino night were very enjoyable. We also spent some time at the spa hydrotherapy circuit, sauna and gym. All of those facilities were amazing and peaceful. We can't wait to visit again one day!
