Had an excellent experience at the TRS resort. Great service and helpful staff. Lots of bars and restaurant options. The Chic Cabernet Show & Dinner was excellent. The infinity pool was excellent with lots of seating. Wish there was more music, seemed quiet at times. The salt pool seating was excellent with great views. I wasn’t pleased with how murky the salt pool was, didn’t swim in it. The walk to the beach was beautiful, the beach had a lot of algae, wasn’t as blue as expected. Tons of amenities to choose from. The shuttles were easy to get from place to place in the resort easily. The spa was a fantastic experience, they had everything for a relaxing experience. The room was ok, we did find it a bit musty. Overall, we were impressed with our stay and would definitely book with TRS again.

AMAZING!
We went for our honeymoon and it was an AMAZING experience. Everyone is very helpful and friendly. Food was very good and there is so many options. Helios was our favorite restaurant. We are definitely going back on another couple vacations and might even bring our family to the other sister resorts.

Extremely Disappointing Honeymoon Experience We had a terrible experience during what was supposed to be our honeymoon celebration. The food and service were consistently disappointing, and we were double charged for several items. We spent a large portion of our stay running around the resort trying to get things corrected, only to still be checked out at the same total price in the end. It’s also frustrating that we had to pay for multiple upgrades just to have a decent experience, and even then, the amenities were lacking. For example, there were only a handful of Bali beds available by the pool — maybe nine in total — and they were first come, first serve, which made them impossible to use. Overall, this stay was incredibly disappointing, and we will not be returning. We expected a relaxing, special honeymoon and instead left stressed and dissatisfied.

Great massages at the spa!
Massages by Lety and Rocio at the spa were amazing! It was a REAL massage, not one of those soft ones you often get at a resort. Everything was lovely before and after as well.
