If you have the option to upgrade to TRS highly recommend. The butler service was amazing. The rooms were fantastic. However the bed was horrible. Great hotel and beautiful grounds. The staff was amazing. Recommend for your next trip.

Best hotel I've ever stayed at
Look no further if you're debating whether to book this hotel. From arriving to checking out, you are looked after and treated like a real guest. Staff are what make this place. From check in to the maintenance team, everyone is there to help you and gives a smile along the way. Please shoutout: ''Maykent, Mafer Belen'' the exceptional butlers of villa 62. ''Francisco and Diana'' of La Terazza pool and bar for again exceptional service. Along with every single staff member we interacted with. The staff make this hotel and this should not go un-noticed. A superb stay, I cannot wait to visit the TRS again someday soon. Thank you

TRS Yucatán
We just returned from one week and it was amazing. The property itself is beautiful but what makes TRS stand out is the staff. They are very special and work hard to meet your needs.

Spent 4k on my room only for security to knock on my door to tell me I was being too loud about crying over a death in my family! Let’s let that sink in! Oscar and his partner harassed us about my volume because I was having a breakdown late at night! Nonetheless they weren’t professional. Ask to speak to management or a number I could call they wouldn’t provide it. First night here and has to be the worst experience ever!!!!!
