  Good and really friendly people that are here to help you. Not that good of a hotel.

  The Concierges and the Service is really good! But some things regarding the whole hotel are not. Many little details sum up and I think the price is not justified.

  Excellent hotel

  Amazing hotel ! One of the best parts is the mediterraneo restaurant (Helios) which always had amazing food and service. Special thanks to Manuel who served us many times, he is so pleasant and always provided excellent service. Excellent butler service (thank you Belen). All general amenities and service (our cleaner eduardo, toilets, pools) was outstanding. Anything exclusive to the TRS was really good food/service wise, avoid portofinos and be careful with some of the restaurants at the other hotels,I recommend asking other guests before trying somewhere new. Overall we were very happy with our stay and well worth the money, the resort is huge so expect some delays with the bellboy service when at the beach/other hotels. Also, don’t fall for the “VIP” wrist bands on check-in, unless you are interested in the spa there is no real benefit and not worth the money in our opinion. The CHIC cabaret was okay at best, a good night and well worth it if you can get it on a deal/promotion with your butler but don’t expect anything too special, the bingo night was better and more entertaining. Finally, bring pesos to tip ! The staff work so hard.

  Never disappoints!

  TRS Yucatán is a 5-star experience. The foods the service, the resort, the nature, and the people who serve us are the BEST! We come back time and again, never disappointed. We love the staff and always look forward to seeing them again. Back in April for our wedding anniversary. ❤️❤️❤️

  Couldn’t recommend more!

  We stayed at the Grand Palladium TRS Resort for a week, and couldn’t recommend it more! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Check-in was very smooth, Miguel offered us champagne when we checked in which was an amazing touch. The process was smooth, and he explained all about the App which we used throughout our stay. We’d like to thank our butlers, Jesus, Antonio, Eleanora, and Jorge for being so friendly, attentive and proactive in making sure we had the most amazing time. They made us feel very welcome and helped us sort out bookings for dinner, transfers to/from the airport, and answered our many questions about all of the activities we wanted to do! Throughout the week we really enjoyed paddle board yoga, pool bike and the pink run! The activities were very well organised, accessible and fun! We also learned a lot from Eduardo and Alessandra in the taco making class. They were a very fun double act who helped to teach us about the cooking process and also taste amazing toppings! We also attended a very educational coffee party hosted by David. He was very friendly and made a special effort to make non-alcoholic drinks for one of our party who wasn’t drinking, which we really appreciated. One of the highlights of our week was the Chic cabaret. It does come at an extra cost but with all of the amazing dancing and singing, and incredible gourmet food, it is definitely worth it! Even if you choose not to attend, definitely check-out the pre-chic show outside!! Overall the events hosted were really fun, and with the variety offered there was something for everyone. We loved the variety of restaurants and didn’t have a single bad meal, all of the food and service was amazing! Special shout out to Miriam, Karla, Ashley & Gaby at Helios for helping us start our day off right with breakfast and lunch buffets! They were so friendly and made the whole experience that much better!
