I have visited TRS YUCATAN once before and TRS cap Cana waterfront marina (now closed) once. I do like the TRS vibe and mostly the food. Service is excellent, particularly Alfredo on the terrace bar, he and the team there were amazing. Butler service very helpful when you could find them at the desk but generally responded quickly to WhatsApp as previously the food is very good , a few gripes, steaks in the steakhouse were hit and miss. They use sweetened yoghurts at breakfast. Even the Greek yoghurt was sugary. Internal transport service was exceptional as was the pool area. Some days the music played in the am was a terrible problem. Far too loud, boom box and full base. All the sunbathers were complaining but the pool butler said, it’s for an activity. Most days it was great music but others not nice at all. We did have a good holiday.

Second time at this resort and we had a blast! The main reason we came back was because of the EXCELLENT service our Butler provided, MAFER is hands down the best butler at the resort and makes our trips so memorable! We also had new butlers this time who were absolutely amazing as well, thank you to Alexis and Gustavo! Great service from Rene and Raul at the lobby bar. The property is really nice. Only negative was our pre-arranged shuttle with the hotel never came to bring us back to the airport, and the front desk did nothing to help. Had to find our own way.

Our stay
We celebrated our 5th anniversary here. And it was a great trip! The staff was very friendly. The food was very good. There is plenty to do and I highly recommend!

Every member of the staff went above and beyond with such kindness, care, and attention to our needs, and it truly made us feel at home. We are already counting down the days until we can return to TRS again.
