  The Treasure of the Mayan

  We arrived the morning of November 06 and our transportation was ready and waiting for us, which was fantastic. Check in at the resort was good except for the fact that we had to wait until after 3:00pm for our rooms. We did a quick change and started checking out the resort. It’s a big resort, very pretty, with lots of wildlife…one of the prettiest resorts we’ve been to. Both our rooms were nice and we had a few minor hiccups that were very quickly resolved. In one room we had all our gifts, bottles, and fruit/sweets all in the room upon arrival. In the other room it took several days, and some things were never addressed at all. We had pretty good meals and enjoyed our à la carte reservations with the Brazilian being all of our favorite. All of the staff here are extremely friendly and caring from the cart drivers, butlers, waiters, bartenders, beach attendants, maids, and even the gardeners were all amazing and it made for a great experience where we all felt welcomed and appreciated. To be welcomed by name after only a day or two by Luna, first thing in the morning at Capricho, and then have the friendly Daniel know immediately our order was a nice personal treat. We had great service from several of the great staff at Capricho who even presented us with two “Special Farewell Cakes”the day we were leaving complete with a nice personal card. Hope we see you again soon too Daniela, Sonya. Luna, good luck with your studies. I know that we’ll be back to this wonderful place. There’s a lot more to explore and enjoy.

  A magnificent stay at TRS. Luxury and abundance. Everything was delicious and sublime. And the service! Wow! A special mention to our two butlers: Jesus and Jorge! They were fantastic. A big thank you to Fernanda Pichardo for all the organization and for her kindness and great professionalism.

  A flawless second stay — TRS Yucatán continues to shine.

  My husband and I returned to TRS Yucatán for a five-day getaway, and this stay was even more memorable than our first. Breakfast was a highlight thanks to Martha and Jeouany, who were warm, kind, and incredibly attentive. The pool & beach concierge team kept us perfectly comfortable with cabanas, cool towels, sunscreen, and great conversation. Alberto and the entire pool bar staff were amazing as always. Our butlers — Maykent, Mafer, and Maggie — organized every detail of our stay, from dinners to activities, with flawless care. Jonn also had two incredible massages with Valena at the spa. Chic Cabaret remains a must-see, and Bingo Night added a fun, lighthearted surprise to our evenings. A heartfelt thank-you to the front desk team — including Uzeil and Kelly — for helping us with an upgrade in the most professional and welcoming way. And a special mention to Fernanda from Expedia for surprising us with thoughtful gifts throughout the week. Suggestions with love: – More poolside live entertainment would be wonderful. – Bathrooms could use a little more acoustic privacy. – Beds are a bit older — request a mattress topper for extra comfort. We can’t wait for our third stay. TRS Yucatán remains one of the best luxury all-inclusive experiences in the Riviera Maya.

  TRS Yucatan Hotel – Adults-Only Perfection ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ (5/5) My partner Carla and I have just finished 11 glorious nights at TRS Yucatan (November 2025) in villa 63 with the swim-up pool, and honestly, we’re already trying to figure out when we can go back. The Swim-Up Villa (63) Absolute dream. You open your patio doors and step straight into the semi-private swim-up pool. Slighty tepid water, spotless every day, a double sun lounger literally at your feet. After 11 days we still got that “wow” feeling every morning waking up and jumping straight in. The room itself is huge, modern, super quiet, with a bed you sink into and a rain shower big enough for two. Food – Still Blown Away After 11 Nights We’re proper foodies and worried we’d get bored after a week. Didn’t happen. • Capricho (Spanish) was so good we dined there for breakfast and lunch multiple times • Helios beach restaurant was amazing for breakfast,lunch and dinner. • Even after 11 days we never had the same dinner twice; the variety is insane for an all-inclusive. Service That Makes You Feel Like Royalty Diana Lopez, our housekeeper, is an angel. For 11 straight days the room was flawless – towel art, spotless floors, and the evening turndown with chocolates on the pillow every single night. Never tired of it. Our butlers Maykent and Mafer were simply the BEST. Reservations sorted instantly, Nothing we asked was ever too much trouble. They made the entire 11 nights feel effortless and special. Getting Around the Massive Resort It’s big, but the buggy service is brilliant – maximum 3-minute wait any time of day or night, and every driver was friendly and chatty. We walked a lot too (great for working off the), but the buggies were a godsend after a long day in the sun. Any Negatives After 11 Nights? Honestly struggling to find any. Wi-Fi dips a bit at the far end of the beach, and the main pool can get lively, but the TRS-exclusive pool and beach are peaceful heaven whenever you want quiet. I also wish the food was hotter on arrival to the tables and suite service. Final Word 11 nights felt like pure indulgence from start to finish. TRS Yucatan isn’t just another all-inclusive – it’s proper luxury that actually delivers, every single day. If you’re thinking about it, book it. You won’t regret a single second.
