We just returned from the TRS resort and had the most wonderful holiday. The staff went out of their way to make sure we were well taken care of. The food was amazing! The rooms were beautiful. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Special call outs to Daniel at the front desk of the white sands hotel for all of your help! Our butler’s in building 63 . Mafer and Maykent who went out of their way to make sure we always had what we needed you two were incredible and the staff of Helios Edith and Jovany always kind and helpful. This was a trip with so many wonderful family memories. We will be back to this fabulous resort.

9/10 This was our fourth visit over the last 20 years or so. The only disappointing thing this time was a few of the restaurants did not match our previous experience. Staff and service Fantastic. Chic Show excellent.

super relaxing resort with amazing employees
the rooms were nice, the atmosphere was very relaxing, even more so than we expected, we stayed in the adults only side and wished there was a little more in terms of entertainment or even livelier music by the pools. Also used to having more servers around pools at previous all inclusives we’e stayed at but over all a great trip! Having a butler team was amazing and our team of Gabriel, Alexis and Paola in Villa 67 were extremely helpful and being able to WhatsApp message them with any questions/ needs was super convenient. They were extremely friendly and eager to assist! Housekeeping was great and thorough. We also loved spending time at the infinity pool! The Bartenders Pedro and Alberto at Bar IO were amazing! Super fun and friendly! It was our favorite bar to grab drinks at in the whole resort because of them!

January holiday at TRS Yucatan
Our stay started fantastically, we arrived too late for food service, but informed room service was available and included, had quick service only waited 20 minutes! The holiday continued like so, service at all bars was great. Food service was very good, a few waits at busy times, as would be expected. Pools and beach area was brilliant. The Chic Caberet night was one of the best nights I’ve ever had, well worth the money. The checkout was quick and simple too. Highly recommended, and will be returning next year.

Winter holiday
We spent 2 weeks in TRS Yucatan in Jan 2026. We were very satisfied with the service, facilities and with the staff. They really took good care of us and were approachable and competent to help us with various requests. We also liked the small improvements since our last visít (e.g. PTC area at the main pool) as well as the updated Chic cabaret. We really can’t wait to return :-)
