  15th time at the resort. Few charges for thing that used to be free. But had a great time. The staff are great in particular. Martha and Jeovany at Helios. Jorge at booking in. Maria at the niu pool who we have know for years. They are all a credit to the palladium.

  Beautiful & Relaxing

  This resort was just breathtaking & relaxing everyone of the staff members were all helpful and accommodating. From the cleaning to the butler to the shuttle drivers.. restaurant staff numerous bartenders. This resort was huge different beaches, numerous pools, live music.. and other things that we didn't get to explore. I truly appreciate everyone for my stay fantastic.

  Poor food and drink but beautiful resort

  Resort is stunning and the rooms and public spaces are very clean and tidy. This is let down by poor food that is cold and lacking flavour. This was raised several Times but no change to the service was noted during the stay. Staff seemed to Be incapable of responding to a complaint. We upgraded to premium drinks but there was no choice of wine and many of the premium ( paid for wines) were not available.

  Amazing experience!

  We just got back from staying at TRS and had a wonderful experience start to finish. We also did a ton of research and asked several questions through the E-butler service before arriving and I would strongly suggest doing the same to help ensure you get what you want (and avoid what you don’t). No place is 100% perfect but we got the feeling the whole time that this hotel strives to be as close as possible. The property is stunning. We chose the ocean view villa when booking. It’s true that the ocean view is actually quite limited because of the trees so know that going in. However, we stayed in Villa 65 which was steps from the Infinity pool and Helios restaurant and the convenience more than made up for the limited view from the room. Plus, lots of golf carts drop people off there so the location also meant a ride to the rest of the property was never more than two minutes away. Our butlers Israel, Susana and Belene were very responsive and helped with all our dinner and activity reservations. They made the trip extra memorable and can’t thank them enough! We opted for the PTC Experience upgrade at check in. It came with several perks and we took advantage of the Chic tickets and hydrotherapy circuit at the spa. Would recommend both. Chic show is a party vibe with drinks flowing the whole time so just depends if you’re up for that atmosphere. I would also recommend the free pre-show in the lobby right before hand. It gives you a good idea of what to expect. PTC Experience also gives you a VIP-like area by the pool with free/included Bali beds. We really enjoyed that and not having to worry about rushing out to get a good pool spot. Take advantage of all the activities they have to offer throughout the day. It’s a great variety and a good balance between just relaxing by the pool or doing something active. Rifle shooting and archery were so much fun! Shout out to Fernando for showing us a good time and giving us great tips! All the staff go above and beyond at customer service including the golf cart drivers, check in, restaurant servers, pool drink servers…literally everyone makes it their business to ensure you enjoy yourself. I’ve seen other reviews where they complained a lot about a slow check-in and being forced to do the timeshare tour. Maybe the hotel has listened and kudos to them if they did because we did not feel like that at all. While they do ask you about upgrades and going on a tour, as soon as we said we weren’t interested in the tour there was no more talk about it and our check in process was very easy. I have to say some of the previous reviews almost turned us away from this place and I’m so glad that we opted to stick with it. Again, just do your research and plan ahead. Definitely use the E Butler service to make a dinner reservation for your first night before you get there! Not all of the restaurants are open every day of the week so they do book up. I cannot stress this enough! Helios is fantastic (for all 3 meals it was our favorite) as well as El Gaucho. The poolside grill is also a fun option.

  Excellent

  From the moment we arrived we felt at home. Hotel, rooms, restaurants, bars, swimming pool all amazing. Everyone so welcoming and nothing was ever anticipated trouble. We wanted for nothing
