Sep 16, 2025An amazing 10 days of relaxation
We booked TRS back in May for our belated honeymoon from 5th-16th September. We’ve had an incredible time and have fully relaxed and soaked up the sunshine. The staff have been wonderful, everyone is so friendly and welcoming. The site is huge so being able to hop on and off the golf buggies is really handy. We had a private pool room and upgraded to PTC for our stay which we’re pleased we did, we made use of the 2 for 1 massages and had a couples aromatherapy massage at the spa which was amazing. I’d definitely recommend budgeting to go and have a massage! We also had the floating breakfast included in our upgrade which was amazing, they really went all out with it and it felt very special. The room was very spacious and the beds comfy. We spent a lot of time at the infinity pool which was very chilled and always immaculate. Never had any issues with getting a bed and the pool never felt crowded. We also spent some time at the PTC beach club which was lovely. The beach is immaculate. There’s still some seaweed given the time of year but there are areas where you can swim in the sea. The food had been good, some of the best we’ve had at all inclusive resorts and the breakfast options at Helios is probably the best all inclusive buffet option I’ve come across (keeping in mind you can also order off the menu). We’ve been super impressed here. We’d absolutely explore other TRS properties and would stay here again if we come back to Mexico.

Great For Honeymoons!
Our honeymoon at TRS Yucatan was absolutely perfect! The staff went above and beyond to make us feel special, the food was incredible every single day, and the resort was spotless. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we can’t wait to come back again!

A very special honeymoon
We visited TRS in August for our honeymoon after doing lots of research on hotels in Mexico we decided to book here, and what a great decision we made. As soon as we arrived we were made to feel so welcome, the staff were so friendly and we were checked in by Patricia on the front desk who was very helpful and made our check in very smooth after a very long travel day. Every time we saw Patricia during our stay she would ask how we were with her big smile and it made such a difference to our trip. We upgraded to the PTC club and enjoyed the perks of using this membership. The cart drivers were always friendly and happy to help and we spoke with a few of the reps for the PTC who were nothing but lovely and helpful to speak with. The restaurants across the grand palladium were incredible, our firm favourite at the TRS was La Boheme, the food was amazing and Mexican night at Caprichios was incredible. Both are must do's if you are visiting! We upgraded our room to have a swim out pool and what a luxury this was! The room itself was large and spacious and the bed was very comfy. The hotel is beautifully decorated, very modern with the feel of paradise everywhere you walked. We were in villa 67, we had Jessica, Naomi and Jesus as our butlers. I cannot sing their praises enough, they went above and beyond to make our trip special, anything we needed they were there and just so easy to chat to, they made such an impact on our stay and we are so grateful to them. If you have time go and see Chic, the performers are incredibly talented and Bingo is also a great laugh. Make the most of the entertainment at the resort its great fun! Our favourite bar at the Kantenah resort was Churchills, a must visit!! Overall the staff at this hotel made our honeymoon very special and its a trip we will remember forever. If we ever get the chance we would love to come back and stay again. Thank you TRS!

Great place to stay and relax.
What a wonderful place to visit. Everyone is so friendly and accommodating. The food was amazing, nit a bad meal. We’ll definitely be back!

Wonderful resort
Had a great experience. Want to acknowledge Jorge at the during desk he was amazing. Josefina at the spa she is great go see her. And my butler Alexis he is always willing to help and does an excellent job.
