Fantastic stay at the TRS Yucatan
The service from the staff was absolutely outstanding - truly made the experience feel special. Our room was spotless and carefully looked after throughout the entire trip. The lobby always smelled incredible, and the pools were kept very clean with plenty of seating available at all times. The drinks across the resort were consistently strong and well made, which we really appreciated. A big highlight for us was the food at the Brazilian restaurant and the BBQs by the infinity pool - both were excellent. That said, there’s a small area for improvement when it comes to the overall food quality. While there was a wide variety of options, some dishes didn’t quite match the high standard of the rest of the resort. Additionally, during the Chic Cabaret show (which was fantastic), my vegan friend was mistakenly served meat. It would be great to see extra care taken with dietary requirements and allergies in the future. Special shout-out to our amazing butler, **Alexis** 🙏🏽 — he went above and beyond and truly elevated our stay. Would definitely recommend this resort and would love to return!

Amazing resort to spend our honeymoon at. I would reccomend this resort to all of my friends and family
