Honeymoon of a lifetime
We are just back from spending 12 amazing night at the TRS Yucatan for our honeymoon and it was better than what we both could have imagined ! From the staff Laura, Paula, Montserrat and Daniel at Caprichio’s to our amazing and extremely attentive butlers Carlos, Israel and Naomi we couldn’t have been spoilt more they really made our whole honeymoon so magical and put a smile on our face every single day ! Not only are the staff at this resort the best but the resort itself is incredible. We loved the infinity pool where we enjoyed many cocktails by the pool with staff members always making sure you had a drink in hand whether that be water or a cocktail and the activities that were on during the day gave us a good laugh ! We paid to have a premium band for 3 days which got us into the spa, chic cabaret and bingo and it was well worth it. The spa is stunning and such a relaxing place to chill in and the chic cabaret is a must it is an amazing night with amazing entertainment and most importantly incredible food ! We stayed in a pool side room with a private pool and our room and pool was perfect for our honeymoon and all the little touches that the butlers did to make it special really made our trip ! I would also recommend booking through the resort to swim with turtles and visit the cenotes it’s an experience we won’t forget :) I couldn’t recommend the TRS enough and thank you to all the staff who made an amazing resort an unforgettable one ! Exceptional service
10/10 food was incredible and Marcos my waiter was amazing Marcos went above and beyond and was so kind and accommodating. Great service and overall experience. Highly recommend.

Wedding anniversary paradise
Everything about this resort screams luxury, from the decor, to the infinity pools, to the amazingly delicious food and drinks; all of this contributed to my wife and I's wonderful wedding anniversary trip. All of the staff is extremely nice, from the front desk reception, to the bellboys, to the shuttle drivers, to the spa and wair staff at the restaurants, and let me not forget, the tremendous butler staff. We stayed in Villa 68 and the butlers deserve their recognition for their attentiveness and help with whatever we needed, whether it was scheduling shuttles or assisting us with little things that we need. This resort I would recommend to anyone looking to experience a lovely time at a luxurious resort in Mexico
