We had an incredible stay at TRS Palladium. The resort is beautiful and peaceful, with spotless, comfortable rooms and an adults-only vibe that’s quiet and perfect for relaxing. The staff truly make the experience—friendly, attentive, and always going the extra mile. Our server Ana and hostess Loren at Capricho went above and beyond and made us feel like family. The food was top-notch with excellent service everywhere we went, all within a luxurious atmosphere. We will absolutely be returning and highly recommend it!

This was our second time at the TRS Yucatán Hotel. We had a truly wonderful time. We would come again in a heartbeat. We recommend the hotel without any reservation. The food is excellent. The pools are immaculate. The separate beach for TRS is wonderful with daily cleaning of the beach of seaweed not a big deal. At the restaurants Capriccio we had Alejandro, hostess Lauren, Gabriella and Daniela and the manager of Daniel Juarez all wonderful we would come again anytime. Also the concierge building 62 excellent

Amazing!
My experience at the resort was fabulous! Our butlers Carlos and Naomi were very friendly and accommodating and helped us so much navigating around the resort!

Birthday Trip
We stayed a week and everything was perfect, no complaints at all. The restaurants, food and service was top notch. A HUGE shout out to our pool butlers Luis, Enrique and Luigi (pool butlers at the infinity pool). My friend and I celebrated our birthdays and they went above and beyond to pamper us and make our day special. Hector, Martin and Wilbur (golf cart our drivers) was always there to take us where we needed to be. Also wanted to give some extra praise to our butlers Israel and Susana (villa 64). These two took care of theirs guest. Greeted us by name whenever we saw them. We will definitely be going back soon.

Incredible food, service and atmosphere!!
Wilbert and Jesus were absolutely amazing!! The food was incredible, the service was even better and the atmosphere was amazing!!! I would recommend paying a little extra for the surf and turf (lobster), it was the best meal I’ve ever had!
