    Unico hotel 2087

    First of all, the hotel is so beautiful. Loved it, the people really made us enjoy our stay. The food is top notch, the servers are professional. They cater to you so much and care about your wellbeing and making sure you got what you need. I went there for my birthday they had candy and chocolate and champagne was grateful I really appreciated that. My favorite restaurant was the 2087 unico and the Italian restaurant MI Carisa. I felt safe as a woman that is really important yes sadly during September there was a lot of seaweed but it did not stop me from going on those beautiful unforgettable excursions. I made memories I was comfortable and happy. Thank you guys for the hospitality and again the food I mean ouhhh you have to go and try it that’s the least you could do you know; plus unlimited drinks whatever you desire they can make it for you 🤗. The only ill add is for the TV I wish there was an option where you could change the languages no worries I was able to connect my phone but just in case for other who don’t have the chance to have Netflix or prime so they could get entertainment without struggling but anyways 100/10

    Unico was wonderful

    My wife and I have been to Mexico 15 times for vacation. Our first visit to Unico and we were not disappointed. The facility is beautiful, and the staff was very friendly and attentive. Our room was beautiful and clean. There was a bit of outside noise on one evening from a wedding celebration in the evening but nothing outrageous. The adult only resort was exactly what we enjoy, quiet and relaxing. There are lots of activities to pursue if that's what your vacation needs. The large party pool always has something going one during the day. In the evening there is entertainment in the main bar and nightclub. They have some shops but the prices are what you expect at a resort. Playa and Tulum are cab rides away if you want to go shopping or have outside activities. Food as always is very subjective, we certainly were not unhappy, however. The restaurants had lots of choices and room service was pretty good as well. The staff was the highlight of the visit in my opinion. Very friendly and attentive as I said earlier. Janet was our host and as helpful as could be. Max and Tomas were stand out servers along with Lizbeth who was our drink server some days. Fabio was at the front desk with a smile and a joke when we checked in and upon departure. The beach was fairly good, rocky and with some sargassum, but they did a great job daily to clean it out of the way. It is over an hour's drive from the airport but definitely worth the trip. We hope to come back.

    Antonio is the best bartender!!!

    Antonio makes the best mojitos and margaritas in the whole place!!! Look for him if you want a good drink!! Wish I had found him earlier!!!

    Most amazing resort I've been too.

    Unico is the most incredible all inclusive resort I have ever been too. From the service, the food, the attention to detail... It was all perfect. My wife and I went there for our honeymoon and we were blown away at house attentive everyone was and how caring and friendly they were. They acknowledged our honeymoon almost everywhere we went and did some special things in our room for us as well. They were always making sure our stay was perfect and offered to fix anything we needed to make sure we were as comfortable and taken care of as possible. The food was out of this world amazing. My wife is a picky eater and there was not a single complaint about any of the restaurants or the buffet. Everything looked and tasted amazing... I can't single out any restaurant I would recommend because they were all equally mind blowing. Our host was Eduardo, from the moment we got there and met him up until our last day he was amazing. Made all of our reservations and changed any of them that we wanted. He sent us good morning messages everyday asking how our night was and our plans for the day... If we needed anything done in the room to make it better... If we were happy with everything. Extremely caring and professional. Cannot reccomded this place enough, it is well worth the price tag. My wife and I will definitely be coming back.
