Great stay
RENTED a house in SAPIRADILL beach for a week and then came here. Should’ve come here to store because so much more to do and you could walk everywhere. We had a one bedroom room and it was very spacious along with the microwave refrigerator. Breakfast was just muffins and donuts. But that’s OK. Super clean beach five minute walk they give you towels in umbrellas and lounges. Katrina in reservations was awesome. Provided us excellent service I would read. This is the best value around.

Hidden Gem!
I almost don’t want to write a review and keep this place to ourselves! This is a great place to stay, especially if you’re looking to make a family trip to TCI affordable! Our family- 2 adults & 2 teens, stayed in a spacious 2 bedroom/1 bath. Grace Bay Beach really is a 2-5 min walk, across a small street and through a well maintained path through Grace Bay Club resort. It never felt like we were ‘sneaking’ through! The beach service is as advertised— chairs, umbrellas, towels, as well as fresh cold water to drink and floats to borrow. Super friendly staff, daily room cleaning. Continental breakfast is as described- pastries, cereal, oatmeal, juice/milk/coffee. Pool looked inviting but we’re beach people, so didn’t use it. Very walkable to nearby restaurants and shops.

Wonderful summer vacation at Turks and Caicos.
We had an awesome stay at the Villa del Mar. The room was wonderful and the service was great. What made it quintessential was the staff . Lekiethra, Ruth, Wes and Olivier (pronounced like the great actor Sir Lawrence Olivier). In addition the twins at the beach Lerone and Lerone. The beach was less than a five minute walk and worth it. Wonderful deep white sand, miles of beach and awesome swimming.

A Perfect Beach Getaway – We’ll Be Back!
From the moment we arrived, the staff was outstanding, every single person we encountered was warm, helpful, and genuinely kind. The property felt very safe, and we were comfortable walking around the area to dinner, shopping, and beyond. We noticed multiple security personnel throughout the neighborhood, which added to our peace of mind. We rented a car and were glad we did. There was ample parking and we explored a lot: Sopadilla Bay, Smith's Reef, The Beach BBQ, Taylor Bay, Chalk Sound, Pelican Beach, Long Bay Beach, the grocery store, kayaking the mangroves.... Our room was clean and cozy, with daily housekeeping and the added bonus of an in-unit washer and dryer — such a helpful amenity, especially for a beach trip! The property features two pools and a hot tub, perfect for relaxing. A simple breakfast was offered daily, think chocolate croissants (my go-to!), bagels, waffles, fresh fruit, cereal, coffee, and juices. The beach access was a breeze, just a short, easy walk across a quiet street. Once there, we enjoyed a peaceful stretch of sand with beach service that never felt crowded. The brother duo who ran the beach hut were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make guests feel welcome. They even had floaties available to borrow, which was a fun touch! There was always cold water available at the Tiki bar, front desk, and beach hut, a small but appreciated detail. Speaking of the Tiki bar… I’m already missing my daily mudslides! Villa del Mar truly felt like a home away from home. We will definitely be back — hopefully very soon!

My family and I arrived the first week of October 2024. Nobody told us that Turks & Caicos has a "slow" season. Flying in from Miami there was a bunch of people going to Turks & Caicos so we didn't think anything of it. When we arrived at Villa Del Mar there was only a few couple of cars in the parking lot? We thought maybe people were driving around and exploring the Island. My wife got us checked in and then we went to our room. Our room was beautiful! 2 bedrooms, full kitchen, living and dining room and a luxury bathroom. This is what you imagine when you vacation in a tropical getaway. The lanai was big and was facing the pool area. I walked out to the lanai and noticed that there wasn't a single person in any of the pools? Weird... So we left and went to Graceway gourmet supermarket to get some water and food. We came back and still nobody was at the hotel. No other guests at all. So my family and I walked to Grace Bay to check out the beach. Beautiful! It's Grace Bay one of the world's nicest beaches. So we spent time at the beach and then made our way back to the resort. When we got back there was nobody there! My mother in law wanted a pina colada so we went to the bar by the pool. When we arrived the bartender said that we were his first and last customer of the day? Weird... I became a little suspect so I went to the front desk to ask where everyone is at. This is when I was told that we're the only guests in the whole resort! What!! For the whole week we had the whole resort to ourselves! It was a little weird at first but after the first night it was cool. It was an experience we'll always remember. When you talk about getting away from everyone, how often can you experience having a whole resort to your family. The staff treated us with the best service and care during our stay. The resort offers breakfast at the bar which is some cereal, bagels and some fruit. Enough to get you going. Towards the end of our stay other guest started to arrive but low enough to still have the resort to yourself. I loved Villa Del Mar. Walking to Grace Bay is a 3 minute walk if that. It's a short walk across the street and down the path between the 2 other hotels. Shoutout to Felix the hotel groundskeeper for getting my family some fresh coconuts. Also the whole front desk staff, you all deserve the best. The information shared with us to ensure that our family had a great experience in Turks & Caicos was appreciated. This is our place when we visit again. It really is a home, you can live here if you wanted to!
