    Villa del Palmar - Joaquin’s service was second to none.

    We had such a great day in PV at Villa del Palmar with Joaquin. He was prompt, friendly and helped us celebrate.

    Not what it use to Be!!!

    The place has gone down hill. We use to love coming here. They told us they were going to close it for 2 yrs to remodel. They hi pressure you to do the 90 min timeshare presentation, for a place that's closing for 2 yrs? We were on the 5th floor, 2 elevator, neither one of them work, AC very noisy. Don't get a room in building 2, there is a hugh AC building behind it that sounds like a airplane taking off. We had a 2 bedroom but couldn't sleep in the big bedroom it was to loud!!! Don't do the AI we did it for 3 days, most restaurants are closed very few choices.The employees are very nice. I would rate this a 2 star. The little pool was full of little kids, I thought that use to be the adult pool now its the kiddy pool.

    Don't trust the villa group

    The rooms were OK but very dated. No many options to choose from when it came to dining. The staff was nice. There was a loud noise that sounded like the battery was low on the smoke detector every night. We did a presentation that was supposed to be 90mins but ended up being 4hrs because they sent us to talk to at least 5 different sales people in thought we were never going to be able to leave. They are very aggressive and no one has integrity. Beware!
