    Horrible experience, made me late to my wedding and didn’t care

    DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU ARE DOING ANYTHING IMPORTANT! We stayed here for a week before my wedding that we are doing in a neighboring hotel. The day before we needed to check out, my fiancé was dropping me off for my make-up and hair at the other hotel since it was the start of our wedding. Most of our family and everyone was still at this hotel. They wouldn’t let us leave until they took our bracelets EVEN THOUGH we were coming back and still had the room for an additional night. They didn’t care that they were making us late for our wedding. In addition to that, we found blood on the sheets the first night and dirt and hair all over the jacuzzi tub that the maid refused to clean and said we had to wait for maintenance the next day. The front desk treated us all horribly the entire time and as if we should thank them for even talking to us. Only Octavio at the front desk was nice and helpful.

    Excellent place to rest and enjoy a piece of Cancun

    Our room was extremely beautiful and all the employees were super nice to us! I want to make a special mention to Edgar from the front desk and all the receptionist that talk to us, very helpful and friendly! All the restaurants were delicious, was our anniversary and they make sure that we had very cute desserts

    Just had breakfast and Starbucks at palmita market. High praises to Heidy, Yaneth, Sara, and Alan. Their smiles and kindness make for a better day. Gracias!

    AMERICANS DO NOT TRAVEL MANAGER EDGAR TRIED TO HOLD US HOSTAGE

    AMERICANS DO NOT VISIT!!!!! OCTOBER 2025!!!!!! Manager Edgar tried to hold my husband hostage on our last day! We were celebrating our 5 year anniversary and he bought the romantic dinner. He also bought flowers for the dinner. At the dinner he was told by the lady director that they did have the flowers and to make things right she didn’t charge us for flowers and put up lights for free. While we were checking out front desk tried to charge us for flowers. We told front desk what happened and she said no problem and didn’t charge us for flowers. While we were loading our baggage into uber a short stubby man named Edgar told my husband he has to pay for flowers or else he can not leave the resort! Edgar was aware of everything that happened and still wanted to do bad business! This place has a gate so you can not leave. When my husband tried to record the situation for his own safety because they were speaking in Spanish he forced my husband to delete the video or he would have him arrested! My husband kept recording himself and then Edgar proceeded to use hand signals! This was beyond scary and we will NOT be back! If you are American DO NOT TRAVEL HERE

    Worn down. Housekeeping extremely poor. Rugs on the floor that are dirty and do not get vacuumed. The pool chairs taken by 8

    Very disappointed in this location. Everything is stained and dirty in the room. Furniture looks like what you would get in a garage sale
