TAKE ME BACK
We took our family in March and stayed for five days, but my wife and I loved it so much that we had to go back again in May. In March, we accidentally left our iPods at the hotel. The front desk manager, Patricia, was fantastic in attempting to recover our missing iPods. It was an insurmountable task and she was very helpful! Our trips are always blessed Cristibol, Pedro and Coronado. And of course, Santiago. But we were very blessed and grateful for the professionalism of the front desk manager Patricia. We are going back again. Just a helpful tip, we bring a sound machine with us. It plays ambient sound similar to what you would find in an infants room. It cancels all outside noise and our sleep is incredible on the comfortable beds. You will never go wrong with VDPF!!!!

Fun resort! Excellent Service!
This is our first time at this resort and we cannot say enough about the five star service we received from Edwin and Jesus. Edwin made sure the drinks were flowing and that we were up on activities, happy hours, etc. This guys personality alone is worth five stars!!! Even when we weren’t in his section he came to check on us. Jesus made sure we were comfortable in our seats and section, always bringing fresh towels. Poolside food is great as well as the restaurants. There were six in our party and we have zero complaints. Top notch!

Look for Edwin at the pool
Great pool service by Edwin. This young guys is the only one who shared information regarding happy hour after 5 day at the pool. Too bad we didn’t sit in his section sooner. He also shared more information regarding the resort. Edwin was top notch.

Our home away from home
Villa del Palmar Flamingos has been our second home for several years. My wife and I look forward every summer to spend three weeks in this paradise. The food and accommodation are outstanding. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The entertainment team led by Ramon is top notch. My wife loves the Zumba, aquafitness, and the Mexican show. Truly, this resort is our home away from home.

A great place to stay and enjoy the customer service!
-Very impressed by the kids club facilities, the staff: Ara, Leslye, and Gaby, and club related activities. Personally very grateful for their help and resort staff to celebrate my two grandsons birthdays! -Great staff at the resort. Iris the UVCI concierge; our butler, Cesar, who was awesome to work with in many parts of our stay. Special mention to young Emiliano who was always helpful and delivered on his duties. Reggie, the pool concierge, always attentive and helpful. Any question or subject that came up was addressed promptly and positively. -Management makes you feel welcome and delivers on excellent customer service.
